My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

The cabin is very cozy, makes you feel like you don’t want to leave, the furniture is very well put together and the views are amazing, the host is very friendly and it is clear that he loves the place. Sometimes if it is snowy you might need an offroader to get directly to the cabin, but the friendly host didn’t hesitate to offer us rides with the staff car

Beautiful, cozy accommodation, in a beautiful area of the city, there are grocery stores nearby, even a 24-hour shopping center, various restaurants. There are plenty of things just a short walk away. We had a late check-in (after 23:00), but Daniil still met us, thank you! The apartment itself was very clean, fresh renovation! The owner provided all the necessary accessories for both the kitchen and the bathroom, bedroom, etc. Everything for living is there. Thank you!

I love it here. There are a lot of buses, and you can walk to the city. There are also two beds, so it's very, very, very convenient for two people to sleep. The fridge is big and the kitchen is big. Now that Koreans will be traveling to Almaty a lot, please book this room in advance at a cheap price!!!!!!

A Truly Great Stay in Almaty! I had such a wonderful stay at Yuliya's place. From the start, she made me feel really welcome – she’s warm, friendly, and super helpful. Yuliya knows the area really well, and her tips and recommendations were spot-on, which made my time in Almaty even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was perfect. It had everything I needed – super well-equipped and clean. Yuliya really goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. Plus, the view? Incredible. Waking up to the mountains and watching the city lights at night was honestly a highlight of the trip. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Yuliya’s place more. If you’re in Almaty, don’t hesitate to book with her. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the city!
