Lokman was really a great and kind host. He even took me to the pharmacy at night, which is 10 minutes driving (back and forth). The cottage was wonderful and very clean with all amenities available. A/c available in each room for cold and hot air! The view was amazing with 2 balconies! We just told him that the blankets were very light and that it would be better to replace them, and he said that he would consider this in the future. Thanks Lokman for being a nice person while treating your guests!

The host was friendly, responsive, and most importantly, honest. He helped us plan our trips and find competitive prices, which made a big difference. the house is One of the best places to stay if you're looking for natural views and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Ev sahibi çok anlayışlı ve yardımseverdi. Sorun çıktığında bize elinden gelen her şeyi yaptı. Evin manzarası huzur doluydu. Trabzon’da tercih edilecek en güzel mekan olduğunu söyleyebilirim hem evin konumu havalimanına 15 dakika hem de merkeze 15 dakika yakınlıkta. Biz 1 haftalık tatilden çok keyif aldık her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Замечательный дом и прекрасный хозяин. Большая территория, все очень чисто и удобно. Великолепный вид, новый ремонт. Ночью отлично видно звёзды, камин прекрасно нагревает дом. Всем советую остановиться в этом месте!

Ev sahibi Bülent Bey, gerçekten çok kibar, misafirlerine karşı ilgili, aradığınızda anında ulaşabileceğiniz, çözüm odaklı bir beyefendi. Ev de tarihi dokusuyla, bahçesindeki meyveleriyle, müstakil yapısıyla misafirler için huzur ve güven vadediyor. Gayet temiz, bir evde bulunması gereken her şeyin olduğu, merkezî konumda (Meydan'a yürüyerek 10 dakika), harika bir konaklama mekânı. Yine gidersem kapısını çalacağım ilk ev olur diye düşünüyorum.

The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful, providing great local tips and making check-in and check-out seamless. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for both working remotely and relaxing after a day out. We especially loved the cozy balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful view of the sea."it was really amazing" It really felt like a home away from home.

Busra is a wonderful person. She took excellent care of my parents, offering them a kind and warm welcome. The place was spotless, and the location is fantastic, conveniently close to the airport. I highly recommend this place!

Oktay is the kindest host I have ever met!! He is not only a good host but also a great friend of us!!😊😊 he is very kind, responsive, and considerate!! He even came to the airport to pick us up at night and helped us move many suitcases! Also, he drove us to the city center after checkout which he did not have to. I am so grateful that we met Oktay!

المكان جميل ونظيف

We had a lovely stay in this home with our family. It’s right next to a smaller Black Sand Beach cove and also very close to another beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. There was an amazing view for the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for everything. We hope to come back .
