L’appartement est grand propre et commode L’emplacement de la maison est magnifique. Très vert au calme. Les habitants sont aimables et chaleureux, Une demi-heure de marche pour le centre de Arsin pour prendre le bus pour Trabzon (45 min) Très belle ville!

Geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen ev sahibi hızlı şekilde giriş yapmamıza yardımcı oldu,Eşyalar orta derece iyi,ev konum olarak çok ferah havadar ve iyi bir manzaraya sahip,Biz kullanmadık ama evde kamelya vs gibi hizmetlerde mevcut,ev genel itibariyle temiz sayılır. 2 kelime işe özetlemek gerekirse fiyat performans derim.

لقد حضينا بإقامة رائعة جدا ، وكانت تجربة جداً جميلة والأخ محمد وعائلته جداً ودودين ورائعين لقد أحببناهم جداً لقد رحبو بنا اجمل ترحيب و ودعونا كذالك برحابة صدر ومحبة انصح الجميع في هذا المسكن ومع هذه العائلة الرائعة 😍😍😍😍

I had a wonderful stay that offered me peace and breathtaking views. The cozy accommodations made for a relaxing experience, especially waking up to nature's beauty. Orman içinde olduğu için sadece birkaç böcek vardı mutfak alanında. Birde jakuzi için sıcak su çok yetmedi. Onun dışında mükemmel bir yer.

Our stay at Murat’s place was wonderful and exceptional. This was one of our best Air BNB experiences in Türkiye. The Villa compartment was amazing and wonderful. The view of the Black Sea is second to none and also the vegetables can be hand picked and eaten. There is a beautiful botanical garden near by with a lovely breakfast. People can get confused by the outward appearance of the house which we were, but once you enter and go down and enter the apartment it is breathtaking. We wish to stay for a longer duration at some other time. Best of luck Murat for being a great host.

Замечательный дом и прекрасный хозяин. Большая территория, все очень чисто и удобно. Великолепный вид, новый ремонт. Ночью отлично видно звёзды, камин прекрасно нагревает дом. Всем советую остановиться в этом месте!

Ev sahibi Bülent Bey, gerçekten çok kibar, misafirlerine karşı ilgili, aradığınızda anında ulaşabileceğiniz, çözüm odaklı bir beyefendi. Ev de tarihi dokusuyla, bahçesindeki meyveleriyle, müstakil yapısıyla misafirler için huzur ve güven vadediyor. Gayet temiz, bir evde bulunması gereken her şeyin olduğu, merkezî konumda (Meydan'a yürüyerek 10 dakika), harika bir konaklama mekânı. Yine gidersem kapısını çalacağım ilk ev olur diye düşünüyorum.

We had an amazing stay at Ümit’s place! The house offers an incredible view of the mountains — truly a breathtaking and unforgettable experience. The garden is lovely, with a great barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The house itself is beautifully decorated with sweet views from the rooms, and is fully equipped with everything you might need — just like a home away from home. Ümit was an outstanding host, always supportive and responsive. When the gas canister ran out late at night, he replaced it immediately without any delay — a true example of excellent hospitality. بيت خشبي جميل يقع على سفح الجبل وله إطلالة جميلة على البحر وتحيط به الأشجار من كل الاتجاهات .. البيت مرتب ونظيف ومناسب للعوائل الصغيرة التي تبحث عن الخصوصية.. صاحب البيت رجل محترم وطيب ومتعاون جدا وحريص على راحة المستأجر.. له مني كل الشكر والتقدير.. وكذلك أشكر الوسيط الأخ رجب على تعامله فقد كان متعاونا وسريع التجاوب وأجاب على جميع استفساراتي بمصداقية.
