Small apartment close to the center on the outskirts of Erfurt

10 minutes by car in the center. Still peace & nature. The apartment in the developed basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, 2 induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed -small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The nearby northern beach, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming,diving) and walks.

Cozy apartment in Erfurt max. 4 people

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Everything was great. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean and you have everything you need. The location is nice and quiet. Since we arrived on a holiday, we came from Weimar by taxi. The next day we took the bus to Weimar (stop about 5 min walk away) and came back in the evening with a rental car - all without problems. In addition, Peter was always easy to reach and friendly.
