Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Torrenova

We enjoyed every second of our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was immaculate, spacious, beautifully presented and in the perfect location, close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, port and lots more. We particularly enjoyed spending the evenings on the private balcony watching the world go by. Sebastia was brilliant with communication and check in/ check out was really easy and straight forward. We travelled with our eight-month old baby and Sebastia seamlessly provided a cot and high chair at no extra charge which saved us a lot of hassle needing to arrange / bring with us. Could not recommend this apartment more! We hope to return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war hell, gut aufgeteilt und vor allem sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und 2-3 gute Lokale in der Nähe. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls sehr gut geklappt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klima hat die Hitze in der Nacht um einiges aushaltbarer gemacht. Einziges Manko waren die Gelsen. Also für einen nächsten Besuch würde ich persönlich einen Gelsenstecker mitnehmen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Einfach nur traumhaft! Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in Sant Elm und der Wohnung von Noemi und Pedro. Es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Vor allem auch ein einfacher Check-In und gute Kommunikation mit Pedro. Er hat immer schnell reagiert und hat super Tipps gegeben. Besonders haben wir die Ruhe und den Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer genossen. Einfach einzigartig! Auch die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Fußläufig gibt es viele nette und gute Restaurants. Man sollte jedoch ein Auto haben und bereits in Andraxt einkaufen gehen, da die kleinen Supermärkte vor Ort doch etwas teurer sind und nur das Nötigste haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Thank you John for a great stay in Palma! The apartment was very spacious and perfectly placed to walk to great restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. John helped us find parking close by and gave us great tips to save money by booking parking in advance. He also gave us many recommendations for our time in Palma. The AC worked really well. We were very happy. Thank you again!

We spent a nice 3 generation family vacation in the spacious apartment. The place and location is fairly optimal, everything is in near distance. Santa Ponca was great for a relaxed, but exciting enough stay in the pre-season. It was an extra that there is a bus stop next door, even Palma center is accessible in 40 minutes. The selling point of the apartment is the view from inside and from the balkony. The photos can't even return the beautiful sight in all directions. It was a joy to enjoy it from the morning until late night. The aparment was comfortable, with good beds, living room and balcony furniture. As previous commenters said, it's timely to replace the outdoor furniture, however technically they were usable. The equipment in the kitchen was fine for 6 people. Cooking options are a bit limited, but doable.

Toni's place in Soller was a little slice of heaven, nestled within the mountains. Toni was an incredible host, always responsive and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine, local fruits and some sobrassada as a parting gift. Fantastic local recommendations and the most perfect pool with a view we've ever had. Would highly recommend as a nice private place for some RnR and to explore all of Soller!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit unseren Rennrädern dort und es hat alles super geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber.

Great house! Very private and quiet. 5 minute walk down to town (10 minutes uphill). House was extremely clean. AC worked well in the rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Host was easy to reach and responded right away. The view of town was incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a lovely week i Soller. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. Each room had it’s own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals — we made a crepe breakfast and a paella dinner. We loved the garden and we sat out on the upstairs terrace to watch the sunset. We loved walking through the town to the plaza to enjoy meals and drinks and watch children play in the plaza. We also enjoyed going to the beach at the Port and walking to the next town over. The house was a wonderful respite from the busy town. We are hopeful fon a return visit! We recommend mapping to the football stadium and/or then to the school that is directly across the street from the home — in order to avoid driving through the busy center. A small car is definitely best. We had a medium-size Peugeot and had 2 or 3 issues getting in and out of the driveway because parents park up and down the street to drop off and pick up their children.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

This house was perfect for our first trip away as a family with our new baby. The place is spacious so it meant we had plenty of room for all our stuff and the living room and outdoor dining area meant we had options to sit, chat and eat whilst the baby slept. It is spotlessly clean and recently modernised. The area is a very easy walk into the centre of the old town. The hosts were lovely and helped us out promptly with questions. The parking which you can book through them as an extra is very close and secure. Would definitely recommend!

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

Super schöner Innen- sowie Außenraum. Sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz vorhanden. Kleiner Supermarkt in Laufdistanz, alles andere per Auto erreichbar. Etwas außerhalb somit ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert bzw. Notwendig.

Sowohl das Haus als auch die Einrichtung sind sehr liebevoll. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

This was a beautiful residence. Will definitely be returning. The view is incredible and it has everything you need for a peaceful retreat.

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Séjour impeccable, l’appartement était très complet et bien aménagé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. La piscine est très agréable et le lieu en général est réellement incroyable ! Deux petits bémols : Insonorisation entre les appartements pas idéale. Et le petit déjeuner était cher pour ce qui était fourni à l’intérieur, nous nous attendions à un brunch beaucoup plus complet pour 25€ par personne. Mais nous vous conseillons tout de même d’y séjourner quelques jours vous ne le regretterez pas !!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

La maison de Ralf était géniale! Encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine très agréable. La literie est super confortable! Le cadre est très calme. Ralf nous a aidé pour tout ce dont on avait besoin, c’est un hôte extrêmement gentil et serviable, on a aussi aimé discuté avec lui! Nous recommandons à tous les voyageurs!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een geweldige vakantie in het huis van Guillermo gehad. Het is een ruim, mooi huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Guillermo is een fijne host: heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Het huis is op 5 minuten lopen van de baai van Font de sa Cala gelegen. Met de auto ben je in 15 minuten bij andere mooie stranden in de regio. Dank je wel voor het verblijf in jouw huis Guillermo, we hopen in de toekomst nog eens terug te komen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about
