The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Manuel was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The apartment was very nice and perfectly comfortable for four people. We really enjoyed the pool, and having access to a parking spot was a big plus. It’s about a 40-minute walk to the old town, but that’s the trade-off for being in a quiet spot with great amenities and still having easy access to everything. We took the bus a few times and it worked out great. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice villa with a great barbecue Paco is attentive and welcoming. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood just in front of a supermarket, you have to take taxis to get around Palma or elsewhere (12 min by taxi) A nice beach club accessible on foot and by the sea. Very happy stay. Thank you, Paco

We had a great time. The house was as expected with a very nice terrace where we spent several afternoons.

We stayed five days but could have stayed longer. The house was comfortable and had good AC and a nice little pool - and a washing machine. We were provided with enough provisions to get us started, and there was a small grocery store at the end of the block, and another down the hill and a few blocks away. We ate dinner at three of the nearby restaurants during our stay and had nice meals at each one. Carmen was easy to communicate with and provided a lot of helpful information. It was a nice introduction to Mallorca. Unfortunately, Palma and Soller were overrun with people during our visit (last week of May 2025). If we return to Mallorca, we will try to pick a season with fewer visitors, and if possible, a week without cruise ships.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Lovely place, beautiful views, peaceful setting. It is impossible to drive up to the house, let alone park near it, as it is in a dedicated walking-only area. This is important to know, especially if you're traveling with small kids or elderly people.

Manuela was an extremely lovely hostess. Even though we arrived late at night and left very early, it was no problem for check-in & check-out. She also recommended us super nice beaches on the island and was always available. A small minus point for the WiFi, which didn't really work, but for which a solution was also found. We spent wonderful evenings on the small terrace upstairs. Gènova itself is a very sweet little area that had exactly the right distance to Palma for us, from which you can ultimately get anywhere (even if we took the bus). We would come again anytime. Pinaret is Villa which caters brilliantly for a multi- generational family- we were with six grandchildren with ages ranging from 12 down to one, with their parents and us as grandparents , sharing this beautiful home from home for my 60 th birthday celebrations, all together under one door and plenty of space inside and out to enjoy , was absolutely wonderful. Amenities were walkable with great places to eat and browse and for the children to play. It is ideal. We were very sad to leave today . A unique week. Thank you to the hosts for making their beautiful villa available.

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at yet - home is perched over Valldemossa where you can see the city, mountains, and even Palma from one of the many outdoor levels (including the pool). We had lunch and dinner outdoors in May and were perfectly comfortable. Inside, all bedrooms are upstairs. Most bathrooms are also upstairs, but there is one downstairs by the entrance. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, and other appliances. We used the washer and dryer almost daily with no issues. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This was the most beautiful place and I highly recommend it to everyone! We had such a fantastic family vacation together and still had room to spread out. You cannot beat the views all day and night. Marsha was always responsive, friendly and helpful! Super host!! We loved the pool and the hot tub. Spectacular beaches nearby we enjoyed cooking dinners together in the evenings! Don't miss the special destination!!

The house was perfect. We stayed with two small children. Pilar was proactive and made sure everything was good. She made great instructions for check in and was flexible to give us early check in. The outdoor area was 10/10. We spent a lot of time by the pool. Quiet, nice and safe neighborhood. Short walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely be back! Great value for the price. Highly recommend.

Pedro’s casa is home away from home. All expectations were exceeded, we had everything we needed during our stay. Pedro provided great local recommendations and ensured to check in with us daily. Location is fantastic as it’s close to the bus stop and easy to walk to town. Would recommend and hope to return to Mallorca soon.

Simply beautiful, This house was everything we wanted for our visit to Mallorca! The house, pool and garden had everything to relax at any time of day. 10/10, would stay again. The area is quiet and there is plenty of street parking. I would advise that you have a car if staying here if you want to travel to any of the beaches.

Leticia was very helpful and friendly! A car can be useful for this accommodation but is not mandatory as the bus station is very close only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is calm and nice for everyone who wishes to escape they busy day-life. Palma with all its shops, sightseeing etc is however only 30min away by bus and even less by car. A beautiful get-away for one to two people (small kitchenette) with everything you need to spend some days in privacy with seemingly no neighbors.

Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

The cottage is wonderful, unfortunately we have only been able to enjoy it for one weekend. We hope to return soon!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

The view from the patio was stunning, the home was private, comfortable and well stocked and the manager did a fantastic job of providing directions to the home and to nearby parking! Stewart also added a personal touch by sending us a welcome note and making sure we had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity!
