Apartment at the Maple Tree

The apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Vicenza in a well-served area. The apartment is about 80 sqm, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one double and one single), large open space living area with equipped kitchen. It is divided into two floors, first floor living area, accessible from the external stairs, and second floor sleeping area. A covered parking space (maximum height 1.8 m) with a type 2 charging station (up to 7 kW) is available for a fee. There is also a large outdoor terrace.

A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Casa Linda

Casa Linda is an independent accommodation obtained from a former carpentry workshop, next to our house. It offers a lot of privacy, welcomes you with its original and eco-sustainable furnishings. The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

Riviera Berica apartment (near Vicenza fair)

Elegant bright apartment, recently renovated, ideal for those who want to discover the city, just 10 km from the center of Vicenza and the fair, in a beautiful area with a supermarket. Just 100 meters from the bus stop and the bike path that leads directly to the city center. It is on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator and private parking space. It comfortably accommodates 6 people with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed.

Cozy and bright studio in the heart of the historic center, with a private entrance, a view of the private courtyard and internal gardens. The studio has a large kitchenette and loft that can accommodate up to 4 beds. As an alternative to the mezzanine, there is a large sofa bed. Casa Finetti

Casa Finetti is a rustic structure with an attic, wooden bedroom floor and stone walls. From the ground floor you go up to the bedroom via a spiral staircase. The house is arranged on a ground floor and second floor, both 18 square meters. It's a simple house, without the maximum comfort, but it has the essentials for a mini vacation. Casa Finetti is not suitable for those who expect to find luxury. Casa Finetti is suitable for lovers of nature and simple things.
