Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Welcome to the urban jungle! Located in the center, you will find our cozy, green oasis just a few meters from the zoo. In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

The apartment is located in the middle of the Leipzig Seeburgviertel in a renovated old building. This is directly adjacent to Leipzig city centre. In a few minutes you can reach the famous Grassi Museum. In addition, the center is within walking distance. The famous Augustusplatz with the Gewandhaus and the opera, the Moritzbastei and of course the city center with numerous restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor on a side street of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. The nearest S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 3-minute walk, from there you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by arrangement.

No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
