Holiday rentals with a patio in Tondo

The place is near UST, which is why we booked it to attend a graduation. The place is clean and easy to find.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

The host was approachable, kind, and welcoming. When we arrived later in the night and needed extra guidance in getting inside the room, our host was prompt in giving us the info we needed. The unit itself was impressively clean and fragrant. Every shelf and table had air fresheners, and we received clean towels, shampoo, and soap even if the listing excluded Essentials. All amenities listed were in great working condition, no problems, no issues, no worries. Would love to come back if we ever need someplace to stay near UST. It's right in front of the overpass, too. Our stay was beyond amazing. The host Sir Carmelo, was incredibly responsive and I truly appreciate his consistent and thoughtful assistance with every inquiry and request. The place is beautifully designed, and every detail from the decor to the lightning, adds to the warm and inviting ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Would absolutely book again. Highly recommended.

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

You cant beat the location! So close to everything and the link from the property to the Uptown Mall is so convenient. Cathy is a great host, very responsive. We like that theres ample towels to use and theres a washer which (there were laundry pods to use as well) was a good addition. Coffees and teas were supplied and a few bottled water which we think was really thoughtful.

Will definitely come back. Perfect staycation

Magnifique 🤩 juste au pied de l'immeuble se trouve un 7eleven bien pratique pour les besoins essentiels au séjour. La possibilité de se connecter au Wi-Fi est top et le fait que Janet permette de disposer de son compte Netflix à été un vrai plus pour nous... Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu utiliser la piscine par manque de temps, mais celle-ci avait l'air magnifique également... Je ne peux que recommander l'appartement de Janet qui nous a irrémédiablement conquis ! Faites comme nous respecter ce lieu à votre départ 😋🤗

It feels nasa probinsya talaga when entered. Lalo na ung amoy, very fresh tapos lalo na pg nagiihaw kayo. Worth it sya kc makakatipid ka sa transpo kasi within the metro lang talaga. Super ganda ng place at rooms! Perfect sya for me lalo na maarte talaga ako. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and hindi nya ko minamadali to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

Thank you so much to Ms. Maria for being responsive. The place is accessible to Gateway, SM and AliMall. Di ka rin mahihirapan maghanap ng food kasi may grocery and convenience store paglabas ng lobby. I would recommend this place lalo na if need nyo ng place na maoagstay-an if may event sa big dome and new frontier theater.

Very responsive host. has everything you need. 7 11 and grocery store downstairs. very convenient. behind Makati fire station so can be a little noisy on some nights with sirens but the host supplies ear plugs. aircon works great and kitchen has everything

We had a great time staying at LJ’s place very relaxing and had a nice view specially at night! Highly recommended! We’ll definitely stay again in the future ☺️

Looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the care they put in making the place amazing 🤩 developers of the condo arent that friendly with guests tho but that isnt the host's fault. Just personally dislike SMDC's guest policy but thats just my opinion 🙂‍↕️ everything else is 10/10 would come back again!

Janine & Mao are such incredible hosts. They were very responsive with my queries and even suggested local restaurants in the area. The location is very central and close to the mall. Thank you again for hosting us!

I stayed at Areens the first few nights i had in the Philippines. it was a great place to stay ... easy to get there from the airport ..check in was easy with 24 hour security. it was a very safe locations with lots of walks / restaurants and shopping centres I would highly recommend
