casita con encanto en zona alejada del centro pero enfrente de una zona de playa, muy tranquila para dormir y relajarte. Cuesta un poco llegar porque no está en acceso a ninguna carretera pero con la ubicación exacta se llega sin problemas. Tiene un bonito porche para desayunar y relajarse. El interior es todo de microcemento con un bonito baño y una ducha espectacular, mejoraría algo el colchón de la cama pero sin duda lo recomiendo

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday at Nadias place at Makolo Bay. The house is well situated with great access straight onto the beautiful Barra Beach and within close proximity to restaurants nearby. Claudio is really awesome and looked after us during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he took great of us.

O Richie foi muito prestável e simpático. A casa é muito simpática, a sala é aberta para a natureza e as duas suites bem confortáveis e frescas (com A/C). Ainda assim, sugiro levar repelente e dormir com os mosquiteiros das camas. A senhora da limpeza, Felizarda, também foi muito simpática e prestável. O point de surf Tofinho, um dos melhores de Moçambique, fica literalmente a 2 minutos a pé 🤟

Le logement d’Eliana est incroyable ! Son emplacement est parfait avec une supérette juste à côté et à 2 min à pied de la plage! Il est proche de tous les meilleurs restaurants de Tofo ! Le logement est une typique et authentique maison mozambicaine, la machine à laver est très pratique et de la lessive et des capsules de café nespresso sont mises à disposition ! Francisca est à votre disposition en cas de besoin, c’est une personne exceptionnelle qui a également rendu notre séjour fabuleux, elle a pris soin du logement pour qu’il soit propre et parfaitement rangé chaque jour et peut également proposer de vous faire de bons repas si vous le souhaitez 😊 Eliana est super réactive également par message et très arrangeante ! Pour finir, nous sommes tombés amoureux des deux chiens qui sont souvent dans la rue devant la maison, si vous les croisez n’hésitez pas à leur donner un peu à manger et à leur faire quelques câlins, ils sont adorables ! Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons!

The house is lovely - just back from the beach with lovely views from the balcony upstairs. Beds are comfortable and the house decorated nicely and well equipped. We loved it so much we extended our stay!

Nice, safe and very clean place with a nice Braii area on the patio and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the view of the light house at night.

Magic place in Tofo to enjoy your time with family and friends. The house is amazing, all bedrooms are impeccable and comfortable. You can enjoy the incredible views while having breakfast or preparing a bbq in the terrace. It is 15 minutes walking from the village through the beach and it’s very private. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us. We will come back.

We, a family off 6 adults and 2 kids 5 and 3 years had a fantastic stay in Craigs house. The house is something very special, its big, it is nice and it have the most stunning view!!. The house is a lot nicer than the photos, and the discription could also be more informative, if you are thinking on staying in Craigs house DO IT!! We had so much more comfort and fun than we could have expected. There is 4 super rooms sleeping 12 in total a wonderfull patio the kitchen and living room is big and nicely decorated. There was more suprices: The house is located in Golden Shores, a resort with all the help you need, we had problems comming up to the house, we had only 2wd, and you will need 4wd, but the resort helped us getting our cars up, rented us a 4wd and all the service we could think off!! The house is fully serviced, daily cleaning by mr August, full laundry service better than the best hotel:) The house is located in the resort but a bit far from the local life, you need to drive 15 min to a good supermarked, but then you also get what you need. The nightbour resort Golden Bay have a good restaurent. We spend a lot off our time by Jeffs Dive center, a family ovened place with best diving service you can think off, not only diving, also snorkling, and ocean safaries, we saw more than 25 whales, so the name whale off a time is right, there was whales daily! We can only give our best comments, go wisiting Whale off the time and enjoy Mozambique!

Bibo Sands was honestly the best place we could have stayed at. There was in service cleaning everyday we were there, and William and his Wife were the best and most friendly hosts I’ve ever met. They were super helpful, so understanding and overall outstanding hosts. We did not have any problems in terms of the house itself you just really need a 4x4 to get there and for easy travel. It’s a walkable distance to the beach and the beach that is there is really nice, private and doesn’t not get too busy like Tofo. It’s also a very reasonable and affordable priced place for what we had and we had a lot. We will definitely go back to Bibo Sands every time we are in Inhambane. And a big Thank you to William and his Wife. They were truly the best hosts and overall great people. They texted us to make sure we would find the place alright and also advised us on the roads back when we had to leave. Great people overall. Thank you Bibo Sands!

Great view, house was perfect for our large group, nice large kitchen. Lots of space. Eddie was on hand and available when needed.

Quiet, well-equipped, and good value for money, was happy to call it home for a week!

beautiful place. cozy. simple but has everything you need. good shades on the front porch. always fresh there, even in the hottest hours. nice terrace to watch the sunset. kirstin was responsive and available and António, the person that welcomed us was very friendly, available, helpful. gave good recommendations. him and his wife were very good and kind hosts. they are definitely a value of the place.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Right on the beach, 10 min walk to restaurants, next door to Tofo Scuba with a great cafe! Natalino who checked us in was very kind and helpful. The accommodation itself is clean and spacious and you share the large deck with guests at the upstairs apartment. The only downside of this stunning apartment is that you may encounter selfish noisy guests in the upstairs apartment as we did. But that’s not the owner’s fault. Maybe book the upstairs one?

Very nice place with pool and grat view, only minus is than there is not WiFi. But I will still recommend this place to everyone coming to Tofo

Absolutely amazing and definitely worth it! Lynn was so helpful with even the smallest questions. Thank you for going the extra mile and giving us advice at the border crossing to cooking crayfish. The staff at the house is very pleasant and more than willing to help. The house is beautiful, very spacious and has a great location! I will definitely be going back! ❤

Alojamiento con vistas al mar. Está cerca de las playas de Tofo y Tofinho, a 5-7 minutos andando de cada una. Para ir al centro y los restaurantes hay que bajar por la playa de Tofo (10 min). Cama muy cómoda con gran mosquitera. Ducha con agua caliente. Dispone de nevera y utensilios de cocina. Servicio de limpieza. Nelia ha sido muy amable y nos ha dado muchas facilidades. Zakaria ha sido muy atento y simpático. ¡Repetiría!

Hi Hildegard and Marc, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. The views of the ocean during the day and stars at night was just spectacular. The service was great and everyone in Barra was super friendly! This place is def one for books and so worth it :) We will remember this great holiday for a lifetime! The boys also got plenty of awesome waves at the Barra main beach which was such a highlight too! Truly a gem!! Thank you again The surfer crew from KZN :)

Cosy place at a fair price. Luca was really nice and always responsive. We had a really great time. I do recommend it!

This place was perfectly situated on a bluff—within walking distance of the main town center but still remote and private. The staff was accommodating and very helpful with getting basic necessities for the self service apartment. Highly recommend this place!
