The rooftop terrace makes the apartment feel special and unique. Amazing views up there! Luis was a friendly and helpful host. He spent a lot of time answering our questions about Oaxaca and explaining the local history. He's a great guy. The location is slightly outside of the touristy areas, but it's an easy walk, and we actually enjoyed staying in a more local neighborhood away from the hotels and bars. We would happily return to Luis' apartment in the future. No problems at all.

Es un excelente alojamiento, es muy cómodo y tiene todas las amenidades que muestra. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia ya que la ubicación es magnífica, permite realizar muchas actividades durante el día y la noche en el centro de Oaxaca. Loved my stay here! The apartment is perfect for one or two. The neighborhood feels local yet is very central. Margarita and Eli are wonderful hosts, always ensuring you have everything you need.

Really nice spot for our two day stay in oaxaca. Perfect for a couple and was super convenient to not have to worry about stairs and long walks with luggage since the access is direct from the street. Nice neighborhood with a school nearby and a short 5-6 min taxi ride to the main square. Amazingly comfy bed!

We enjoyed this apartment! Rodrigo, again, was an attentive and friendly host! It was spacious and the porch was perfect with such a beautiful view and yoga area! The apartment was in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Walkable to every where you’d need to go. It has a full kitchen (along with necessary equipment) and bathroom was a good size. Big closet space. The AC/Fan/Heater throughout the apartment. Definitely would stay there again

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a historic building with all the comforts. Great bed, strong air conditioning, and excellent shower. Perfect central location, walkable to markets and restaurants, yet quiet. Mario was an amazing host, responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Would definitely return.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Guadalupe's place for 5 days and it was excellent. It's got everything you need in a great home and is clean, beautifully decorated, in a wonderful, walkable location and was safe and cozy. Guadalupe helped arrange us a car to the airport, and was helpful, responsive and thoughtful with any small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Casa Azul is a very good Airbnb stay for a family or group seeking to explore Oaxaca and the surrounding region. It is located in the lovely and quiet neighborhood of Xochimilco, a pleasant and mostly downhill 15 min walk to Centro. It’s a unique property with the opportunity to enjoy your morning coffee/ breakfast and your evening cocktail with a stunning rooftop view of the mountains from your outdoor kitchen/ living space. There are wonderful bakeries and chocolate shops close by, as well as the Michelin listed restaurant Ancestral, just next door. Ruben, Niz and Jazmine were responsive hosts, both promptly resolving any issues that arose and providing helpful recommendations. In particular, Ruben recommended Anuar as a guide. Anuar was excellent, taking us on a whole day tour of Teotitlán del Valle (textiles), Matatlan (mezcal) and Hierve el Agua (swimming and waterfalls) -- and a delicious lunch at the local market in Tlacolula.

Excelente lugar para hospedar, cómodo, muy limpio. Ale es una muy buena anfitriona, todo el tiempo al pendiente de nuestra estancia y muy linda. Sin duda regresaríamos!

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

Sus instrucciones para entrar a la casa fueron muy claras y estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta que nos instalamos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr niedlich mit vielen lustigen Winkeln und Räumen. Besonders hat uns die Terasse auf dem Dach gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und zwischen dem Zentrum und dem schönen Viertel Barrio de Jalatlaco. Ausserdem ist ein Top italienisch Restaurant (Dassani) und ein wünderschönes Katzen Kafe (La Selva De Los Gatos) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bett war bequem und der Ventilator leise genug. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und super Service. Gratis Trinkwasser vorhanden! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig. Wir konnten nicht nur die Nachbarschaft sondern auch bellende Hunde und vorbeifahrende Autos sehr gut hören.

Todo excelente con la ubicación y las características del departamento. Hay áreas de oportunidad con la limpieza, pero nada que impidiera disfrutar la estancia en Oaxaca.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

La señorita Mariana fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier situación que pudiera surgir. El departamento es cómodo, fresco y muy tranquilo; no se escucha ruido, lo cual permite descansar perfectamente. Nosotros solo lo utilizamos para dormir, y cumplió muy bien con ese propósito. Está ubicado a unas cuadras del centro, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que en la esquina hay una estación de autobuses, así que se debe tener precaución al caminar por esa zona por el tránsito de transportes. Lugar tranquilo, Andrea siempre amable y atenta en la comunicación. Un poco cansada subir porque está en 4to piso, pero nada que molestará. Cómodo, seguro.

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.
