Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

The host was exceptional & Villa Splendor is a must! charming villa nestled in a picturesque location offers utterly breathtaking views of the stunning coastline & surrounding mountains. It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind & soak in the beauty of nature. Our group of 8 ladies spent a truly wonderful time here. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional elegance. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, & lovely common areas where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or hosting a leisurely dinner under the stars. The pool, complete with a tavern, is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location is convenient for exploring the charming old town of Kotor, which is a short walk away. We went on a boat trip recommended by Alexandra & would highly recommend it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Lovely accommodation. Just as described. House lovely and cool if you need a break from the heat. I read a review from someone about no access to the private swimming jetty. Ignore them - if there are other guests staying in adjacent accommodation then you share with them, but there is plenty of room, plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols so don’t let that put you off. The bay is fantastic to swim in and access to the jetty is so close we had access to our own amenities. Anita is very friendly and helpful, and really quick to respond to messages. We were met by Grandma and we got by fine speaking French. Coffee, tea, basic seasonings, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & laundry powder all provided. Kotor itself extremely busy, particularly during the day. Loads of cruise ships but also bus tours so the traffic is a nightmare. Cable car worth a trip as is the serpentine if you have a car. We only went into Kotor after 6pm. Recommend highly.

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Amazing view, spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Lovely and hungry cats. Nina answered very quickly and was very friendly. We really appreciated water, fruits and cakes. The road to the apartment was very narrow and steep, so it is better to be an experienced driver. The renovation project was still in progress, so the garden was not in its best shape. Overall very nice stay there.

We had such a wonderful week in Sava's apartment. The apartment was spacious and airy and had the most amazing views of Kotor Bay. We loved everything about it, including that you could swim almost right outside the doorstep! Sava greeted us on arrival, even though we arrived very late, and was extremely helpful both before and throughout our visit. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my visit, always quick to reply and assist with anything I needed. The place is in a great location — just a 15-minute walk to Budva Beach and the Old Town, which made it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommend!

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic week in Vladan’s apartment. He was very communicative before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. He was so helpful in lending us a phone cable and electrical adapters also. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Everything is on your doorstep: the beach, restaurants, bakers, the Old Town with all its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and a supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. The shower was very powerful and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.. plus the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Thank you Vladan for your wonderful apartment - we had an amazing trip!

5 gece konaklama yaptık. öncelikle ev sahibi Petara ilgisi, iyi niyeti ve yardımseverligi noktasında çok teşekkür ederiz. çok yardımcı oldu. çok keyifli harika 5-6 gün geçirdik. kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. villada herşey düşünülmüş ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Bu noktada hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Villa keyifliydi kullanışlıydı. ayrıca sessiz ve huzurlu bir muhitte bulunuyor. giriş katında bulunan odanın balkonu güzeldi, manzarasını çok beğendik, o balkonda vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. villadan ayrılmak zor geldi gerçekten. yorumlarda belirtilen eve varıştaki yokuştan bahsetmek de isterim. yaklaşık 250 belki 300 metre civarı bir rampa var, biraz dik bir yokuş. biz aracımızda 3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve bagaj doluyken çıkabildik. otomatik vitesi manuel 1. vitese alarak sakin şekilde rahatlıkla çıkabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. ortalama üstü bir şoför dediğim gibi çıkabilir. kotora 15 dakika uzaklıkta tivata da ayrıca yakın.herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Luka et Marina sont d'excellents hôtes, attentionnés et prévenants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une belle maison bien équipée. Marina et Luka nous ont conseillé afin que nous puissions pleinement profiter de la culture et des paysages. Un grand merci à eux. Mes amis et moi les recommandons sans hésiter !

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

Wir durften unsere diesjährige Mannschaftsfahrt in dieser tollen Villa feiern. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht, alles einfach traumhaft! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Abend wurden wir bekocht, es war super lecker! Sämtliche Reisetipps (Kotor, Budva,..) haben sich gelohnt. Die Kontakt-Weitergabe für Taxi/Shuttle ist auch nur zu empfehlen, für uns war es ab morgens um 10 Uhr nicht mehr möglich selbst ein Auto zu steuern 😅 Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland an die komplette Famile

Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless – clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

Herseyden cok memnun kaldik. Uzun suredir boyle beklentilerimizi karsilayan bir konaklama tecrübesi yasamamistik. Hersey konaklayan kisiler icin dusunulmus bu ev icin. Eksik bir nokta denebilir mi bilmem ama bizim icin evde bulasik makinesi olmamasi bir hayal kirikligiydi. Bu durumun disinda hersey istediğimiz gibiydi.

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.
