The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it has an air conditioner, equipped with moder furnitures and machinery. It is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 people as well (one double bed with a comfortable premium matrace and a simple sofa bed). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, very close to the Szinva Terrace, on Széchenyi István street, which is the pedestrian street of Miskolc.

My place is a 9th floor apartment with a nice balcony and a great view. There are shopping nearby/ TESCO, Lidl, etc.../ at your fingertips, and delicious pastries are available for breakfast from the bakery across the street. The apartment can easily be accessed by elevator, small, old and young. If you'd like to spend a few days in an affordable, nice place-you 're in the right place. I look forward to seeing you! We had a really good time there! Anita and Marc were really nice! They fulfilled all our wishes and made sure that we have a good time there! They are really super friendly and nice people :) Special thanks for the welcome gifts! The house is very comfortable with big kitchen and living room. The outside area is also very nice with the heated pool and grill area :) The house was very well equipped, we had everything we needed.

Absolutely one of the best airbnbs you can find in all of Hungary. At the gateway to the Zemplen mountain paradise this residence can comfortably sleep 5 couples, each with their own en-suite bathroom. In our case we happened to be a family of 5 (mother, 3 sons, and one daughter-in-law) and we couldn’t have been happier with everything. Not only were the accommodation and surrounding area fantastic, but the hosts, Reni and Balint went above and beyond with all planning and organizing for our stay. We booked relatively last minute and came in the middle of the week when most things in the area are closed after the summer season, but despite this we had a full three day itinerary with bookings and reservations for every part of our stay. The hosts made us feel like family and the area of Zemplén is one of the finest in all of the country (perhaps all of Central Europe). Castles, wine, authentic experiences, hospitality and glorious nature. What else could you want?!? Terrific!!
