This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! The place is super comfortable and clean, with really good ambiance. The owner is very friendly and approachable, which makes the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

I had an excellent stay at Mikheyla Fox’s place. From the moment I booked, she was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was just as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Mikheyla went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and her local recommendations were spot on. I truly appreciated her hospitality and warm attitude. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Mikheyla to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Let's start with my one and only con: There is something with the building's plumbing that causes there to be a pungent smell in the home when left with no air circulation. This created some rather unpleasant welcomings into the home, but luckily the smell quickly goes away with the aircon turned on. I don't think this is Kevin's fault, but would like to just leave a warning. Aside from that one thing, the place was perfect. Gated community with 24/7 security, malls and restaurants within easy (walkable) access, the condominium staff were very accommodating, and pool access to unwind. Kevin himself was extremely proactive and gave us extremely clear instructions on check in/out procedures, handling trash, and various features of the home. He even gaves us tons of suggestions for places to visit/eat, tips on saving money for transportation, and was ready to answer any questions we needed. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We had a wonderful stay! The host, Ma’am Athena, was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. She was warm, welcoming, and very responsive to all our inquiries. The unit is in an excellent location, easily accessible, which made it convenient for our driver to pick us up. It’s also close to a convenience store, pharmacy, and laundry shops, perfect for any essentials you might need during your stay. It has also a nice mountain view. The unit itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and having both a washing machine and dryer was a huge plus. If we ever return to Cebu, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Having a place that is clean is very important to me and Arnold’s place is sparkly clean!! Well-maintained and does not have the harsh smell of cleaning chemicals. The place even looked better than the photos, well-lit, and felt homey and comfortable! The pretty furnitures and lamps are huge bonuses. Will definitely be back!

The space was clean and well kept. We had a great time with a large group stay with room for more. Ayala mall is 5 mins walk, easy access with good restaurants and shopping.We would gladly book again. Thank you again!

We had a pleasure in staying at Joy's place in Amalfi Oasis for 5 days. Very convenient around SRP and great restaurants at iL Corso and SM sea side. A WYSIWYG place. Communication was excellent when we ask for an early check-in, proactive recommendations, and instructions. Highly recommend for a family who wanted to have a quiet place with amenities. kid's had fun in the pool. they have available gym also, but if you want to run outdoors, CDM is 5mins walk where runners and cyclists go.

Everything was great, smooth check-in, clean space, and a super easy experience overall. Would absolutely book again!

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

Anita is a great host. Very accommodating with check in/out times. Quick response to messages. The accommodation is in a nice secure location with a decent grocery store pool and gym pretty close to the house. No a/c but lots of fans provided along most of cutlery and cooking utensils that anyone needs.
