We had a wonderful stay at Joan’s place! She was very welcoming and even greeted us personally when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The house is cozy, warm, and has that homey vibe we truly appreciated. My kids especially loved the honest store—such a thoughtful and charming addition! Although it was just a one-night stay, we really wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommending this place to anyone visiting Lipa. Thank you, Joan!

Great place to stay. If you are looking for a place to unwind or a place to relax, this is the place to be. The host is very responsive to our inquiries about the place and the floating cottage at little boracay. I highly recommended this place if you’re planning to go to Calatagan Batangas.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Beautiful place and location. The house was cleaned well and smelled nice. Great for long stays. It is very accessible to the malls, markets, laundry shops, and other local spots. The host was very responsive, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. I stayed for 10 days and had no issues with the place. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Loved the place- very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Laarni was very friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. She made herself available for any questions. She even gave us ripe big mangoes. I thought that was really very thoughtful and nice…Thank you so much! ❤️

Teteth's place was a perfect home for our family outing. The instructions were all clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is provided as if it is your own home. We highly recommend their place if you want to relax with a provincial atmosphere.

It was a relaxing stay. Bedrooms were conducive for relaxing! Just a recommendation to have the sala airconditioned cause it can get hot during summer aftenoons but it was a beautiful peaceful place that is private. Ms. Sheila is also very accomodating. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back again!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Calling the place beautiful is an understatement. We were in awe when we saw how stunning the place is. Everything is clean and well maintained. Every spot is picture perfect. The place by the pool is our favorite place to hang out while eating freshly picked mangoes from the tree right inside the property! The kids definitely enjoyed the pool and running around the garden. The bedrooms are cozy and perfect for resting after a day of fun. The owner made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. She even made an effort to find someone to assist us for our Little Boracay day tour. Tita Marjo is what makes Patio Trasero a gem, along with her son, Miko. Kuya Roger and ate Divine were also very helpful with all of our concerns. This will definitely be our go to place if we will come back to Calatagan. Highly recommended!

Great for families with pets. Very spacious place and lots of greenery kaya di masyadong mainit. Surrounding area is quiet and the place has good amenities as well. Will probably return because it's a nice stay within Batangas City.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

The host is responsive and accommodating of our inquiries. He also provided detailed instructions on how we can get to the area easily. The location is private and enough for a little family getaway. Beautiful view of the surroundings and lots of greens around. My pet enjoyed running around the place like he is the boss. Haha! Sad our stay was cut short because the beach had dried up we had to leave early to go to Matabungkay. Thank you for accommodating us!

The place is too good that it was so tempting to extend our stay. Ate, the caretaker on site was also so easy to approach. Just checked out but we’re already planning to go back for our next vacation trip.

I have to say that this place far exceeded our expectations. If you have any interest whatsoever in what's inside the ocean, this is the place you absolutely must visit. Get a pair of the provided snorkeling and life vest and kayak gear, and you are minutes away from sticking your head in the best aquarium you've ever seen in your life, except it's as big as the ocean. Every member of staff is all too willing to help you have a more comfortable stay, help you explore the ocean, and help you have the best possible time. Photographs are a perfect representation of your stay, and if you are at all interested in what you see you will not be disappointed. My family and I had an outstanding time.

We had a wonderful stay here with my friends! The place was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and plenty of tables and chairs, making it easy for us to cook and dine together. The bathroom was clean with a strong and reliable water supply. Both the host and the caretaker were very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any questions or requests we had. Overall, a great experience — would happily stay here again!

Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

Christianne's and Susan (caretaker) are both SUPER HOST! If you are looking for a peaceful place and very private in Batangas/South, this is the PLACE. Great for family and friends space with an amazing view of the Batangas/Balayan Bay and overlooking the mountain range of Mindoro/Puerto Galera. Suggestion though, before you come, pass by the Mabini public market for some food shopping (meat/veg/seafood) if you are planning for big meals, if not, there's a grocery store close by and some Talipapa (small meat/seafood shops) along the way. Do i come back? 100% SURE!!!! Enjoy your stay!

Quiet and peaceful place, the apartment was very clean with a botanic garden feeling. The two ladies at the reception (apologies, forget their name) are so kind and always ready to help. This is my new address in Sabang for my next trip.

Very nice interior of the house with rustic country vibe theme and its cold, the rooms are very nice and clean, the master's bedroom has a spacious t&b and there is heated water everywhere in the house. The place is wazeable though expect that u will be passing thru farm land but thats what make the place private and quiet. We will definitely be coming back. Thank u to our gracious host
