The house (120 m²) stays cool in summer and is pleasantly heated in winter. Here’s what to know: 1-I live in the house when I'm not renting it. My personal belongings therefore remain present .2--Access is via a narrow alley.

The accommodation includes an entrance hall, veranda, studio (with bed, sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom), laundry room, pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river!
