We had an amazing stay. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos – spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s located in a fun, buzzy area full of great bars and restaurants, yet the apartment itself is quiet and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Alberto was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to stay here again.

Great penthouse appartement in the best and most romantic part of Rome. Very clean, amazing views, quit, airconditioning and clean. Instructions were very clean and communication was super. If you are looking for a romantic stay in Rome: this is where you want to be! ❤️

The location of the appartment was spectacular we did not need to do the historical sites as we had been there before even though they were easily accessible but we stayed in the area around the appartment and followed all the recommendations from our hosts and loved it from where to get best coffee to ice cream to streets to roam.

We had a wonderful stay. Fillippo was friendly and responsive. He left us a bottle of wine and gave some recs for places to eat and check out. The apartment is actually nicer than the photos. Tons of storage, really comfy bed, and being in the heart of Trastevere was perfect. It’s tucked down a quiet alley, so it feels peaceful even though you're right in the middle of everything. If you're a light sleeper, a white noise machine (or phone app like I used) definitely helps—it might be a nice thing to offer future guests. The elevator made luggage a breeze, and a small issue with the shower drain was fixed right away—super responsive and impressive. Just a heads-up: it’s really best for a couple since there's no door on the bedroom, and we did walk into the glass bathroom door a couple times (oops 😂). A couple little extras like napkins (or paper towels), and maybe a maybe a couple more pillows would be great, but nothing major. Overall, we loved it. Would totally stay here again!

Overall, this place was great. Awesome location within a short walk of many of the major sights- Trevi, Spanish steps, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc. The apartment itself is immaculate and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The AC was amazing and worked perfectly. Very quiet at night. Two things to note- it’s located on the third floor of a walk-up with no elevator so I would strongly recommend anyone who can’t handle steps not book here. Secondly, we were woken up in the morning with the sound of construction from downstairs across the street. It was not super early in the morning (maybe around 9 am) but nonetheless woke us up. Overall, it was a great choice for us and we would go back there (just knowing we can’t sleep in).

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights. Isabella was proactive and friendly with communication, offering local recommendations and clear instructions ahead of our stay and responsive to any questions we had. Isabella also offered an early check-in which helped us feel right at home after arriving early in Rome. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with an idyllic view and close to the best that Trastevere has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Rome.

We loved Teresa’s place in Rome. She and her son were there to buzz us in and shared all the important information with us. The apartment was clean, cool and in a great location. After walking all day it was a treat to have the elevator! Thanks so much for your accommodations and great hospitality.

Excellent apartment. More beautiful than the pictures. Rooms have individual a/c. Kitchen is very well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Convenient location for walking and taking the tram into city center. About 10-15 min walking from campo di fiori. Grocery store was 2 blocks away. A wonderful retreat at the end of a long day. Check in was easy and the agent was easy to communicate with. Even helped me get out of a taxi scam.

A perfect Rome Airbnb! The insight of the flat felt like something out of an Italian art film. The terrace was gorgeous, the neighborhood was fun but much less touristy than other parts of the city. Fantastic experience!

We loved this apartment! The area below is hustle and bustle which is a fun vibe to be around but it was so peaceful and calming being able to step away and enjoy some time to relax in the apartment. The kitchen was awesome for enjoying home cooked meals also. Highly recommend ☺️

Very nice apartment with nice big balcony! The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood in walking distance from all the different sites you want to see in Rome. Romana was very sweet and helpful - giving local recommendations and helped organize transportation to and from the airport.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Gianni's place was AWESOME, and was exactly as described! The location is PERFECT for getting around the area, and we felt safe not only at the airbnb, but in Roma in general. Gianni was very quick to respond to any questions that we had about the area, restaurant suggestions, and he also organized our taxi back to the airport for us! He truly went above and beyond during our stay. You are only about 5 minutes at the most from the Pantheon and many AWESOME restaurants! We loved Traverna delle Coppelle that Gianni recommend...we actually ate there 2 nights in a row! Gianni recommend things that weren't "touristy" which made us have a truly Roman experience! We truly hope to be able to return in the near future! Mille Grazie!!!

Excellent stay, apartment was spacious, clean, well furnished, had all necessities. Host was very accommodating to our check in when our flight was delayed and met us at the apartment for a very easy check in. Location was perfect, short walk to lively Trastevere or Campo di Fiori, but tucked away on a private and quiet street. Highly recommended!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Colosseum Oasis. It is ideally located in a wonderful neighborhood of Monti, with restaurants, shops, the Colosseum and other attractions within easy walking distance. The bed is very comfortable! The balcony is lovely for sipping an early morning tea and the apartment had everything we needed for our three nights in Rome. Noelle, Joseph, and Keshab were very responsive to our inquiries and easy to communicate with, making terrific restaurant recommendations and suggestions regarding other things to know or do in the area. When one of us left a passport and other important items behind after checking out and leaving Rome for Lucca, the hosts very kindly mailed them to a Lucca and we were able to pick them up at a DHL distribution center. They really went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service, and we are so appreciative!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great Location! Able to hear the amazing street musicians playing below near the fountain in the evenings with the windows open. Truly magical!!!! Able to walk most everywhere we wanted to see. The mornings are the best time to be out and about. Crowds are crazy. Get up early and beat the crowds.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend both the apartment and the host. Our check-in was very flexible, which was a huge help since our flight arrived early in the morning. The host arranged a smooth and convenient transportation option from the airport, and after a quick breakfast at a nearby café, he met us and personally escorted us to the apartment. He went above and beyond by providing local recommendations for restaurants and attractions, which really helped us make the most of our visit. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a few grocery items waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

From the very beginning Fidia was proactive and very responsive! We were sent the house manual right away with all the directions and recommendations right at hand. Their assistant, Allan, was there to greet us when we checked in and he gave us a tour of the home and went over all of the instructions. Fidia also recommended crazy4rome for our tours and they were also fantastic. All of our transportation was arranged for us as well. The home is located right in central Rome and is walkable to many great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely go back!
