Park Lodge

Modern guest house suitable for everyone, built at the end of a garden. Giving guests all the privacy they desire. Entrance is available from the side of the property as well as access from the back of the guest house. The park is very close by, allowing for a quick escape to the peaceful outdoors. In addition to this, many shops are local, walking distance from supermarkets such as Tesco and Marks and Spencer, with a train station nearby, giving quick transport to central London.

Self contained studio located at the back of our garden (side gate independent entrance). Kitchenette with microwave, sink and fridge (no cooking facilities), kettle, Nespresso machine. Big corner sofa converting into a good size and comfortable king size bed. Stereo system, projector and a remote operated built-in screen Bathroom with shower. Cosy and modern, comfortable for 1-2 people. Grove Park rail station is 7 minutes walk with trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross.

The Steam Engine CoachHouse

The CoachHouse is an old building, that was used until a few years ago for keeping a horse! It has been fully renovated, but we wanted to maintain as much of its character as possible (like keeping visible the wooden roof beams). There is a mezzanine accessible through a spiral staircase which is used as the bedroom area, an extendable dining table, a sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
