Great location and quiet. Even though the location is in a nice local area, you can easily walk to the tourist area. I really appreciated not hearing motorbikes or karaoke. The quietness was a treat while in Vietnam.

Очень уютная, чистая, большая, красиво оформленная комната с двумя кроватями, телевизором, вешалкой и креслом, прикроватной тумбочкой, столиком для телевизора. Имеется большая ванная комната, общая кухня во дворике. Готовить легко, потому что есть всё необходимое. Мы обедали во дворике каждый день, очень приятное место. Он оформлен с любовью, там много цветов, маленьких деревьев, есть птички и рыбки. Можно посидеть также на балконе второго этажа. Хозяин может сдать в аренду мопед и заказать любые билеты. Можно постирать за небольшую плату 25000. Нам понравилось! Поэтому мы очень рекомендуем этот homestay!

I really enjoyed the chill vibes of this location! The neighborhood was very quiet and the scenery was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of; even including a pair of sandals to use when I went down to the beach. The cleanliness was above satisfactory! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Logement très confortable dans un environnement calme et agréable. il y a des supérettes au pied de l'immeuble et un immense centre commercial à 15min à pied ! Prendre un taxi pour aller au centre ville ne coûte que 2€, c'est très bon marché. 😊👍

Staying at Thuy's place it was an heartbreaking experience as both Thuy and her husband were so kind, welcoming, and flexible with my first time visit to Da Nang and understandable of my the struggles of flying with VietJet (delays on top of delays) :D Their actions speak more than their words and the level of caring they showcasing to me as a guest were truly admirable and commendable. They tried to arrange a meeting point halfway when I arrived from the airport and then I was coming back from Ba Na Hills. I really spend 3 great days as this property. Very good/reliable Wi-Fi, very quiet place, close to the bus station (about 30-45min of walk) that can take you directly to Ba Na Hills for just 15.000 Dong. Also the place is close to a neighbourhood (just 10min walk) where are plenty of buses that can take you directly to My Khe Beach for 8000 Dong without the need of overspending with a motorbike or a car taxi. They provided me with a desk and chair to work in the room Thanks

Enjoyed our stay here! Didn't see any of the other guests so it felt like we had the shared living room (which was very spacious) and bathroom to ourselves. We didn't find a lot of restaurants nearby which interested us, but were able to easily order food deliveries using grab. The dog barked a lot whenever new people showed up at the gate, but calmed down quick and was very adorable with oddly catlike behavior. The shower's hot water would turn cold after a bit of time - fixed that by turning the shower off and on again

Charming place at the riverside. Several family members shared a WhatsA: group with me and were very helpful. They rented me a motorbike and prepared meals (even though a late arrival). The Bun Bo Hue was delicious!

Our journey in Greenfield was perfect. Mai and her daughters are absolutely lovely and it was so nice to share all of these moments with them. They are really open-minded, kindly and attentive to the people they welcome. We highly recommand this place if you're looking for un true experience with local people in Vietnam.

Really clean, amazing value and very responsive host. Allowed us a late check out to explore the city more which was much appreciated. Great list of recommendations from the host which we made sure to make the most of - make sure you check them out!

Great place to stay. Clean and simple. They have cooking supplies if needed to cook. Tooth brush and towels supplied. Make sure to bring trash bags if you’re eating inside the apartment and extra toilet paper.

Very clean and quiet. The hosts are excellent and helpful. Be aware that the location is far from the city. Also there is no dryer, so clothes will need to air dry over several days

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and so accommodating; going out of their way to make check-in a breeze. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks for making this such a great experience! 호스트는 세심하게 출국전부터 필요한 부분을 잘 챙겨주었으며, 숙소에 머무는 순간에도 계속 잘 지내고 있는지 체크해주며 세심히 배려해주었습니다. 숙소 또한 사진과 같으며 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 특히 30층에 위치해 있어서 전망이 좋았고 필요한 편의시설 또한 다 갖추어져있고, 호스트가 추천해준 쌀국수 식당도 너무 맛있었습니다. w마트와 A동 출입구 사이 골목에 있는 하얀색 건물의 술집 닭연골튀김도 너무 맛있었습니다. 다낭 첫 여행인데 너무 좋은 추억이었습니다. 감사합니다.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thao's place. Everything was convenient and easily accessible, just a few minutes from the airport with free pickup. It took about 15-20 minutes by grab to reach Dragon Bridge, Son Tra Night Market, and Da Nang Beach. Overall, our experience was perfect. Thao was very polite and even inquired if we needed anything, like toiletries, and offered us car service for our itinerary..The place was spacious and clean.Will definitely recommend their place.

Our family had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Son's excellent hosting and the building's high quality. We were assigned a larger, brand-new apartment, which was impeccably clean and well-furnished, suggesting consistent quality across Son's properties. The building is modern and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, close to a large mall, restaurants and a short taxi ride to attractions. Son was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to all inquiries and resolved minor issues promptly. He personally greeted us, helped with luggage, and provided great local recommendations. I highly recommend booking his airport taxi service. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay memorable.
