We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was the free access to the pool—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super easy. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice getaway with a bonus pool!

Ruby et ses parents sont adorables. Ils ont été très généreux et nous ont préparé des spécialités de Hué (vraiment délicieuses !) dès notre arrivée. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient propres, et il n’y avait aucune humidité, ce qui est appréciable pour les personnes sensibles. Des vélos sont mis gratuitement à disposition pour explorer la ville, un excellent avantage. Nous recommandons chaleureusement le logement de Ruby et sa famille (qui sont très discrets).

I'm a Hanoian and our first trip to Hue was incredible. If you're planning for a splendid time in Hue, you just cant miss this amazing homestay that we have booked. Right at the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us just like we were coming home. There is one little cute dog that following us everywhere when we were going outside. The interior was quite vintage which suits the atmosphere perfectly. If you want an open place even inside the house to have a sip with other friends staying in there. This could be the one for you. He even lent us his motorbike or calling a taxi for us to go around Hue. Food stalls where he recommended also decent and affordable. In concluded, it was a good trip to hide away from everything for a couple days and staying here was one of our great choices.

This is Nera Garden 2 apartment at 18th floor with unobstructed view from both living and bedroom. The place was extremely clean and better maintained than other apartments in the same building that we saw. We stayed at this apartment for 5 weeks and it was spectacular. The apartment walkable distance (10 - 15 minutes) to Aeon mall which is a must visit at Hue. Main sightseeing attractions require a short taxi travel but it is very affordable at Hue. The best thing about this unit is the host. They were very friendly and accommodating to our few specific reasonable requests. They always promptly responded and resolved requests fast. We highly recommend both this specific apartment and host. We plan to visit Hue again next year and hope to stay in the same place.

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time! The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and feels like a cozy home away from home. It’s got all the comforts and amenities we need for a perfect stay. The host is super friendly, quick to respond, and goes out of their way to cater to every little detail we could want.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Our family had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Son's excellent hosting and the building's high quality. We were assigned a larger, brand-new apartment, which was impeccably clean and well-furnished, suggesting consistent quality across Son's properties. The building is modern and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, close to a large mall, restaurants and a short taxi ride to attractions. Son was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to all inquiries and resolved minor issues promptly. He personally greeted us, helped with luggage, and provided great local recommendations. I highly recommend booking his airport taxi service. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay memorable.
