We felt quite well in Cahtherine and Christophe’s apartment! It is very close to a lot of bouldering circuits and they even let us lend two crash pads! It had all needed things to relax after a day of bouldering and get ready with a nice breakfast in the garden before!

Estelle & François's place is great. The accommodation is clean and well located. The surroundings are quiet and it is possible to park the car inside the courtyard. Plenty of space for any type of vehicle and safe. Hosts are very responsive and proactive on info. We loved the moment and recommend this Airbnb without hesitation.

Frédéric was very friendly from our arrival, and did not hesitate to help us. I recommend the simple and efficient accommodation for a few nights. The setting is green and peaceful. Thanks..

We spent a few very relaxing days at Agathe's. The house is very welcoming and well-equipped, the garden charming and the village very quiet. It immediately felt good there. Possibility of nice walks nearby, in the forest and along the Seine. Very pleasant. Finally Agathe is very available and responsive.

Excellent one-night stay in this charming little house. There is all the necessary equipment, the premises are warm and comfortable and the setting is very pleasant. In addition, the house remains cool despite the hot weather. To be booked without hesitation!

We were 5 visiting to climb in Fontaine Bleau and had no idea this was such a beautiful place. The airbnb is in the middle of the center and it was very cute. It was a lot more touristy than we expected but we had a great time in the house. Parking is a bit of a challenge since in the immediate neighborhood you can only park for 90 minutes, but with only a 5 minute walk you get to park for free without a limit.

the house is in an idyllic place, in the middle of the forest, very quiet. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well equipped (especially with children). Many activities around. We were sad to leave it!

Beds are a bit cosy when going with friends

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

Beautiful place and very convenient! Extremely responsive host who goes above and beyond to make sure the stay goes smoothly. We had a great 4 days with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

The trip to Fontainebleau was very good. ☀️ The Airbnb was consistent with the photos, comfortable and pleasant to live in. A real little cocoon. We felt good there. Only small downside: the bathroom door, which, when you come with friends, does not give us as much privacy. Not to mention that, the decor is very warm, the bed is unparalleled in comfort and the small kitchen is practical for use. Thank you very much for your quick response and accessibility despite some minor technical issues on our part at the start. I would highly recommend this apartment!

A really charming and very functional apartment with views of the rooftops of Avon. Peaceful neighborhood and close to many small shops, very close to Fontainebleau. We came for an event at the Grand Parquet, which is 5 minutes away by car. We'll be happy to go back!

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Camille and Laurence were very good hosts: pleasant and considerate welcome. They recommended good walks, the Sunday market, good restaurants nearby, in addition to the documentation available on the area. The small house is lovely and very comfortable, well insulated and well heated. The decor is refined and the services are very generous: Netflix access, hygiene products, coffee, tea, outdoor games, garden furniture, umbrella... available. The bedding is good and cozy. Kitchen and bathroom are large and practical. Abundant storage complete this beautiful home. We had a very pleasant stay!

What a wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting, we would recommend without hesitation and would love to stay here again. I must agree with a previous review and say it’s better than the photos. Lots of space, everything you need, and a very nice host. There are about three flights of stairs the last being a little steep. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed for our two week stay. The small patio in the backyard that was “ours” was very nice and overlooked their beautiful garden. Whether it be looking out the windows or sitting on the dock on the Seine, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the barge traffic go back-and-forth, not to mention the rowers and kayakers, etc. The town is very nice, albeit about a 30 minute walk to the center, with a patisserie, a great fully stocked grocery store, a good pharmacy and some nice restaurants. Fontainebleau is a lovely town only a 5 or 6 minute car ride away and the Fontainebleau forest has many trails

Very well located apartment, a short walk to the train station, which is ideal for a stay without a car. We quickly access the forest for beautiful walks. Accommodation is as described, clean and pleasant. Responsive and welcoming host. Recommended for a weekend getaway in Fontainebleau
