Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Thira

Absolutely stay here if you are in Paros. Our host came to meet us for check in and even helped us when I got lost. She had everything you needed, brought us home made lemonade and fruits from her garden I’ve never met such a sweet host. She came to hug us goodbye and was always so quick to respond. The Airbnb is located In a prime area with nightlife, shops, and good restaurants. Check out sante cocktail bar just a 5 minute walk away for great drinks and atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone

Such kind and lovely hosts. An amazing experience from start to finish. Very comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom as well as beautiful patio and outdoor eating area. Gorgeous furnishings and thoughtful little extras like wine, snacks and bottled water on arrival. You could not ask for more❤️

We had an awesome stay! Everything was super clean and the location was peaceful and close enough to Fira where we were able to walk to everything! Irini was amazing and helped book a transfer for us from the port, she also gave us an extensive list of recommendations for restaurants, sights, souvenir shops, you name it. Very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and we strongly recommend to anyone staying in Santorini, we would love to go back!!

A perfect Airbnb, nothing to complain about regarding the location or the host’s responsiveness. We were able to park our quad every time, which was ideal for getting around. A real favorite!

El airbnb esta ubicado en una zona estrategica, a 15 minutos de oia, 10 de fira y 20 de las playas rojas y negras. Esta super limpio y nos organizaron el taxi ida y vuelta del aeropuerto. Muy limpio y comodo, amplio

We loved the apartment and time was well spent there. It is totally 5 star beds and bathroom. No issues at all except that the place was quite far from Fira like a 30 minute walk. Bus timings are few and far between. If you have a car then this is the place for you. No need to think ,else would suggest living closer to Fira. Dennis was helpful but couldn't help us with an early check in or slightly late check out. So better not to have any expectations there. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend it if distance etc is not a matter for you. The amenities in Moonstone is top notch. No doubts there. Good Luck to Dennis!!

Location and cave house was perfect!! We loved our stay!!

George was the perfect host. The place was accurately described, and we were steps from the beach. The mini market was a minute away, and the owner along with David were very helpful, too. George was responsive and there within 15 minutes when the front door blew shut and locked us out with our key, and phones inside. Such a pleasant man, we would definitely go back and stay at his properties. The people were so kind everywhere we went, and we terribly sorry to leave Naxos and Agios Prokopios especially.

Alex was an incredibly helpful host. Far above anything I could have expected. He was incredibly responsive. When we got to the island he pushed our check in time from 3:00pm to Noon because we got into town at 9:30am. On top of that, he even met with us and walked us up to the apartment to explain the amenities and gave us SO many recommendations on what we could do on the island. I’m talking a whole, handwritten, page of recommendations that he explained to us as he wrote them down. That wasn’t enough? Alex even went as far as to personally make reservations for restaurants, boat tour, etc. and at the end of it all, he even drove us back to the airport at 6:00 in the morning. Highly, highly recommend staying with these guys. If you’re concerned about the space maybe being a bit small, don’t worry. You will have so many things to do in Santorini, the room will just end up being a rest stop every few hours.

My wife and myself absolutely loved it here. The views and privacy was amazing! There is nothing but goats up in the mountain sideWe loved taking a morning dip in the pool while having a coffee. Hugh was so awesome. He provided us with some amazing recommendations and helped us set up shuttles to and from the port. We absolutely loved it here and can’t wait to come back to stay at this lovely home!

This place was a great spot to stay in Fira. The location made it really easy to get around (bus stop, main area in Fira) without being too close to the busyness. Marios’ brother met us to give us the key card to check in. They arranged a drive for us from the airport as well. Inside was clean, had everything you needed. The shower is super nice! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Fira! Thanks Marios!

We really enjoyed staying in the beach house Very well equipped, it had everything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights didn’t want to leave - wished we had booked a week We used the terrace and the outdoor table seating area The host left us some wine and water in the fridge - thank you and also arranged our taxi back to the airport Beach towels provided Great location, private 1 minute walk to the beach 2mins walk to restaurants, bus stop, lovely bakery (very friendly staff) We will definitely book again Enjoy the summer season

This place was a highlight in our time in Greece. Not only was the property absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, but the hosts went really above and beyond for every element of our stay. We asked about how to get around and they offered to organise a car, which they then had delivered to us, at a discount, within half an hour. Then when we celebrated my birthday during the stay, Katerina showed up with a surprise birthday gift including wine. Both Katerina and Markos were super friendly and accessible, and Katerina knew the area in detail and gave lots of great personalised recommendations of where we could eat when I told her I was vegan. The room was made up daily with fresh sheets and towels and the entire stay was five-star hotel-level. My partner and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly! Honestly, do not go to Mykonos without staying here.

We absolutely loved it here. We looked all over the island and found the best view on the island for sunsets was on our balcony. The breakfasts were not anything crazy but more than adequate and we loved having them delivered to our room each morning. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it however there are a couple of slightly negative things worth mentioning. The smell: the back porch did have a scent that was mentioned in other reviews. It’s a sewage smell. It’s not pleasant. But was limited to the balcony and seemed to be dependent on the wind. We made a joke about it because when we smelled it, we always knew we were close to “Home”. The hot tub is not hot. It’s warm and we used it every day but be aware… it’s not “hot”. Lastly… communicating with the hosts prior to our arrival was a bit challenging. Responses were quite slow but once we arrived and started communicating with Sotiris in country, it was no problem. Sotiris was amazing and made everything easy

Maria est une hôte exceptionnelle. L’arrivée au logement s’est faite très facilement, sans aucun souci. Le Airbnb lui-même était parfait, très propre et bien entretenu. L’espace était idéal, et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Maria met également à disposition un guide de recommandations vraiment utile. Nous avons essayé plusieurs de ses suggestions, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidés à bien profiter de Santorin. Elle était très réactive et incroyablement flexible. Elle nous a même permis de faire un check-out tardif, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous n’en revenions pas de sa générosité ! Un grand merci encore à Maria. Je ne pourrais pas recommander ce logement davantage. Le seul petit point faible : l’accessibilité aux bus. Il faut marcher environ 20 minutes jusqu’à Fira, où se trouvent les lignes les plus fréquentes. Cela dit, il y a aussi des bus locaux à proximité pour rejoindre d’autres plages ou l’aéroport. Ce détail ne m’empêcherait absolument pas de séjourner à nouveau

Great hosts to begin with from start to finish , friendly and polite, the apartment is as it is described, simple , practical and somewhat traditional, can accommodate a max of four adults, although it may be a bit tight, probably best for 2 adults with 2 kids . Its got a little private balcony just outside the apartment with table and chairs perfect for breakfast or morning coffee, loved the outdoor terrace with the bbq , very clean , easily accessible with parking available. A minimarket close by , supermarket 10 min driving distance.A minute or less walk to the sea and all taverns and restaurants alongside the beach .Marketousa waited and welcomed us at a very late hour , she was also very informative and recommended on what places to visit and restaurants. She was also flexible with the check out ,allowing us to make out the most of the day ,we got a bit lucky as it wasn’t a busy period. All in all we enjoyed the stay at Asterias . Highly recommended.

The setting of the Accomodation is exceptional - perched on the hill overlooking the vastness of the Aegean .. the care from Kostos and Sue over whelmed all expectations - true Greek hospitality!! The cleanliness of the rooms and the daily service ; the top up of coffee daily , as well as clean towels and linens every few days - bus service at the door and wonderful swimming options close by ... highly recomendable !!!

Sail Inn Suites was a perfect little stop for our 2 nights in Santorini. Simone was super helpful with communication, as the room is just one in a small complex of tiny apartments. It was perfect for us, as we got to enjoy coffee on the small patio with views of the cliffs and then drive around the island for 1 1/2 days. Beach is one block away and town has plenty of eating and drinking options. Simone was very friendly and full of local suggestions. Would certainly recommend!

There are not enough stars to rate this experience. 100/10 the best air bnb experience we’ve ever had. The apartment is perfect in every way, the views are breathtaking, but above all, the hospitality from the host was unbeatable. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay the best experience. They were helpful with transportation, provided the best recommendations for all things, and were truly just the nicest people. We will be dreaming of this place and hope to be back someday.

We did not want to leave. It was just magical. The ocean sounds, smell, fresh breeze, sunlight all made it feel so perfect. Didn’t even mind sharing the water access with other flats nearby. Ciel on the water was only really loud one night but they cut off at 10pm so that wasn’t even an issue. There are steps… thankfully there are some flat areas to rest in between flights. It was up a half flight, down 4-5 depending on how you count flights…. Definitely don’t bring big heavy luggage. Backpack if you can. The island is very casual so light packing is easy! Thankfully we heeded previous advice and did just that and it was manageable. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay here! Maria very welcoming and lovely host, the place was clean, comfortable and well kept. The pool was lovely too. I would bear in mind the location, it’s not very close to the main towns so a car is needed, luckily this was fine for us and we appreciated the peaceful nature of the spot. For the wine enthusiasts, there are a few vineyards within walking distance so it is also possible to enjoy this without having to drive. Overall a great place to stay :)
