Food Scene

Ultra fresh food and lovely people serving it. Always polite and trying to do their best and it is in an off road street just at the back of Southwark tube surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees. There is also a restaurant next door and a cocktail bar which serves food. Perfect for all days with all people.

It is a street market but in a warehouse with around 30 different places to eat, undercover or outside if the weather is good. There is a fabulous, if a bit pricey, Spanish/Italian food warehouse as well and a cinema plus some tips on growing mushrooms using coffee grounds.... Lovely place to hang out at lunch or early evening and sometimes spot he odd celebrity because it is used for filming!!

Drinks & Nightlife

Fab spot for a touch of traditional ales in a truly cosy London setting. Roupell Street is used for period filming and the pub with its hanging baskets of flowers and cosy fire in the winter makes for a GREAT stop off. Part of the pub at the back is Yvonne's Thai restaurant (Windmill Walk) with affordable quality Thai food with some lovely fresh veggies.
