Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Tetouan Province

Nous avons adoré ! Il s'agit d'une maison entière de style riad, sur deux étages et une terrasse au troisième, très bien rénovée, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée. Un vrai cocon au cœur du labyrinthe de la médina, au calme, où nous nous sommes très bien sentis. L'emplacement était top pour visiter Tetouan et plein de petits commerces autour nous ont alimentés. La terrasse est un gros plus, ainsi que la gentillesse et l'attention de Jonathan.

Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

I had a great experience! The place was super clean, cozy, and just like the photos. Mariam was very kind, always checking in and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect and close to many spots. I truly felt at home. Highly recommend, and I’d definitely come back!

Séjour absolument fantastique ! La maison était impeccable, joliment décorée et équipée de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'hôte a été incroyablement réactif et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour confortable. L'emplacement était parfait à proximité de toutes les attractions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux jours dans cette magnifique villa. L’endroit est spacieux, très bien entretenu, et vraiment idéal pour se détendre. La piscine est superbe, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter du cadre paisible. Le quartier est calme, ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement. Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux. Un grand merci pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I had a wonderful stay at Fatima Zahra's place. Oussama and Ismael were wonderful hosts, who made me feel right at home. They allowed me to check in early on the day of my arrival and remained responsive and welcoming throughout my visit. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and it is perfectly situated, on the outskirts of Tetouan's Ensanche and an easy 10-minute walk to the city center. I got around everywhere by foot. I would definitely return to this place in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Le séjour dans cet appartement a été parfait du début à la fin. Le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien équipé. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes) est de grande qualité, ce qui ajoute encore au confort. L'emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du bord de mer sans avoir à se déplacer. La communication avec l'hôte a été excellente : réactif, attentif et très accueillant. Je recommande vivement ce logement et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Great experience, the check in was smooth easy to find the place , panoramic views, very close to the center and everything we needed , very large place , also we loved the bakery shop outside , we will definitely come back again , highly recommended

Bardzo polecam apartament Stephena i Aishy. Miejsce doskonale było przygotowane na nasz pobyt. Wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne meble, duży stół, komfortowe łóżka. Jest to bardzo jasny, doświetlony apartament, który sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Darmowy parking na miejscu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem bezproblemowa. Nasze późne, nawet bardzo późne zameldowanie ok północy przebiegło błyskawicznie. Polecam Wszystkim!!!

We stayed in this apartment in Cabo Negro with our baby and had a truly wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family with a small child. A baby crib was provided, which we found very convenient and helpful. The apartment is well-organized, quiet, and full of natural light—ideal for rest and relaxation. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washing machine was very useful for daily needs with a baby. A big plus was the residence’s swimming pool, which was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in a safe and peaceful environment. There were also shops nearby within walking distance, which made things much easier without needing to use the car. The host was kind and always available, ready to help with any questions or requests we had. We highly recommend this apartment to families with young children: comfortable, well-located, and part of a quiet residence with all essential services close at hand.

My stay at this apartment in Cabo Negro was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is very clean and well-organized, equipped with everything a guest might need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The furniture is elegant and comfortable, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the air conditioning works perfectly, providing great comfort on hot days. The Wi-Fi is excellent and fast, which is a big plus. The location is ideal—close to the beach and easily accessible, yet still quiet and private. A special thanks to the owner, Kholoud, who was respectful, helpful, and always available for any questions. She welcomed us warmly and made sure everything went smoothly. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé, situé dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée. Le cadre est idéal : proche de la mer, avec un grand parc pour enfants et une piscine adaptée aux plus petits, parfait pour des vacances en famille. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande amabilité et se montrent très attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires. Nous repartons enchantés et recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour relaxant et confortable. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil !

C’est ma 3ème fois à Cabo Negro, je sais où mettre le cap si jamais j’y reviens. Certainement chez Reda, au Mirador Golf. Bel appart, très propre, une cuisine bien équipée, jolie déco au salon, et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Tetouan. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un merveilleux séjour. La plage de Cabo est à 5min en voiture (environ 40min à pied). Sinon, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine de la résidence, qui ferme assez tôt par contre, à 18h30 (mais le proprio n’y est pour rien). En tt cas, je recommande !

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce logement la conformité parfaite entre photos et réalité, bien propre et en plein centre. Quant à l'hôte, c'est une personne FORMIDABLE, réactif et la communication a été facile, bien à l'écoute et poli. Je recommande ce logement vivement.

I totally recommend this place for anyone looking to spend quality time at Tetouan and the surrounding beaches. Great space for large families and awesome mountain view. The apartment is located an a major street with walking distance to many stores, cafes and restaurants. Mr. Said was an excellent and very responsive host. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and checked up on us frequently. We will definitely go back next time we are in Tetouan. Thank you again Mr. Said.
