I had a wonderful stay at Bouchra's Triplex! The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Bouchra was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. I enjoyed my stay at the apartment it was clean and the front view was beautiful. It has a full kitchen if you want to stay and cook. It also has Netflix. The pool was clean. The complex was surrounded by security to keep it safe for the kids.

My husband, children and I had a great stay, the sea is beautiful and we had the chance to swim with fish in crystal clear water. The house is clean and is 2 minutes from the beach. Omar and his brother Saâd, whom we thank in passing, were very available and extremely kind. We highly recommend our host.

The stay in this house was amazing. It's the best house I've been to in Tetuan in every aspect. The house is spotless very nice vibes with everything you need. We had a very good experience with the woman at home Zhor, she is a wonderful person who made our stay unbeatable. I really recommend a lot if you are going to come to Tetouan that you go to that house, because it is close to all the beaches in the area.

My family is me had a great time in this country house. The location is strategic, 10 min from the beautiful Al Mina beach. The listing is as described. The welcome was great. Mr abdellah was very helpful and respectful. it felt like home at home. a stay that reminded me of the simple and peaceful life of yesteryear. Hosts Rania and Dida were very responsive. Location location location! You can’t find a closer place to the beach than this one. The place is very spacious with many rooms and Mohammed is super friendly host who made sure we had an amazing stay. We had to book more nights because this place just kept calling our names to stay.

We had a great time at the villa offered by Anas. The villa is family and functional. It is close to the beach and the Marina, everything is accessible, a short walk away. Mrs. Zohra greeted us with a smile, she is thoughtful. We appreciated his great responsiveness when needed. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. We enjoyed getting together as a family! We'll come back to that occasionally.

We had a very nice journey in Zineb’s house, the house was very amazing and as is in photos and in reality is more better and nicer. Everything is clean and well organised. The kitchen is well equipped with all what u can need. Zineb was very interactive and very supportive , she’s responding quickly and always with a sharp solution. The villa is in good and quite place with an access to a nice shared pool , always empty or with 1 or 2 people. The villa is near to marina smir and access to Mdiq and Fnideq is quick which allow u to visit all the beaches on the place. If i had a chance to re-visit the Mdiq i will go again with this beauty villa.

The superb villa that Mohammed offers is completely in line with the description of the accommodation, if not even more charming in real life than in photos: secure and quiet neighborhood, top amenities, spacious rooms. The pool which is really the cherry on the villa's cake, especially in hot weather. It was a great place to live and our daughter, just like her parents, loved staying there! Special mention to Mohammed and his wife: from the welcome to the end of our stay, they were always there to answer any of our questions and put us at ease during our stay. Real Gold Hosts! The apartment was clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and conveniently just opposite a bank ATM. The area is ideal, close to the corniche of Martil and only about a 10 minute drive to Cabo Negro if you fancy a change of scene. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
