Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tessera, Venice

We love love loved our stay here! By far the most beautiful space we stayed in on our two week trip to Italy and had everything you need to make you feel right at home. The hosts were so responsive, helpful and understanding when we had delays and were always quick to answer any questions we had about the apartment. The building was beautiful, and peacefully tucked away on Giudecca, which was nice to get a break from the crowds at the end of long travel and sightseeing days. There are some really great restaurants on the island itself, but also a quick vaporetto ride to the more touristy areas. Highly recommend this beautiful place if you're looking to take your stay in Venice to the next level, we would love to come back!

The apartment is such a beautiful place to stay at. The location is excellent, we found lots of things to do and we always felt safe. Andrea is a great host and provided amazing recommendations. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit!

I have never seen such a responsive host. It is like the host is always online. The location in absolutely close to the train station. Walk out and you get the water bus ferry. Apartment is modern with all modern amenities. The small music system was a wonderful touch. The apartment is small and cozy and my children loved the bunk beds. The washer, dryer, turkish bath - everything were in perfectly working order. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. The location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. They also gave some great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

This apartment was perfect for our trip! it had everything we needed, was clean and tidy and was in walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. I highly recommend renting Fabio's apartment! He was helpful when we had questions and responded quickly!

Alberto’s place was fantastic. In a very nice, quiet and peaceful area, but with the benefit of being very walkable to more busy areas. Very good communication and tons of suggestions. The place was very clean and just like the photos. Would highly recommend if coming to Venice!

Wonderful apartment in a great location! It’s minutes away walking to many tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment felt very cozy and had everything we needed - from a stocked kitchen, to a laundry machine, to an ironing board and more. The bathroom does have a slight smell but what can you expect being near the canals! Fabio was very quick to respond whenever we had any questions and was very kind to help us carry our luggage up the stairs during check in. Overall this is a great place and I recommend to stay here during your vacation in Venice!

We loved our stay at Samuele's apartment very spacious and clean had everything we needed plus the extra little treats were much appreciated. Loved the area nice and peaceful after a busy day exploring Venice. Samuele's dad was a pleasure to meet and full of helpful information. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous attendions et au descriptif. Tout était impeccable. Superbe séjour à Venise !!!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and conveniently located not far from the train station. Asia provided clear instructions and was very responsive to our messages, which made everything smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Incredible beautiful place, at the right location, and the most amazing hosts. Location: it is located more in a quieter and I’m assuming residential places in Venice - which is super good as the tourists hotspots are way too loud. The location is easily accessible from anywhere to anywhere. Has a lot of eateries around too. The house itself is straight out of a dream. Super pretty and well maintained and was sufficient for the 3 of us. Hosts: the hosts were always super responsive! Very clear in their communications and always super understanding. Thanks Christina for checking us in even though it was super late. Monica responded super late night in an instant when I had an issue - and resolved in quickly! Cleanliness - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Not sure if I missed on anything, but overall it was a great experience to live here while we were in Venice. Thanks Monica, Cristina and team!

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

This was a really great place to stay for my family and I. There was so much space and everything was clean and tidy. Having a secure parking space is a bonus!! Alessandro was very friendly and responsive and made sure the place was stocked up with plenty of amenities. We loved our stay and would recommend to all. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic location!! Anna was able to help us arrange transport from our rental car drop off to the apartment, which was perfect. She also helped us with transportation to the airport at the end of the stay. The water taxi was actually one of our favorite things we did in Venice! We liked it more than our gondola ride. The location is perfect and quiet at night. We easily walked to everything we wanted to go to. Highly recommend!!

This was our first trip to Venice and with a late flight, what truly stood out from the very beginning was how attentive and proactive our host (Erika) was. She met us at San Stae station after 9 PM and walked us to the apt. She took time to explain the apt and Venice and she provided many important suggestions e.g., restaurants, shops, local travel, and sights to see. The apt was immaculate and was well furnished. You can tell how much the owner / host care about their clients comfort and well being while in Venice! You will not be disappointed!

This is a really nice airy and spacious apartment with all the facilities one might need for a long stay. Whilst convenient and central, the street was also very peaceful and quiet.

Le logement est exactement comme sur l’annonce : propre, confortable et très accessible. Les moustiquaires installées à toutes les fenêtres sont un vrai plus, surtout en été. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les informations claires et précises fournies sur l’accès à Venise, ce qui nous a permis de bien organiser nos visites. Petit bonus très apprécié : un joli cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

This was a great place to call home! The apartment is away from the bustle of central Venice in a wonderful neighborhood - and *very* close to the biennale exhibits. It is very well appointed and impeccably clean. Silvia was our host, and she communicated kindly and clearly in advance of our arrival, greeted us at the vaporetto stop and introduced us to the apartment with great detail. Her recommendations were spot on, and above all she is enthusiastic, kind and has a great sense of humor. Grazie Mille for such a wonderful home base in Venice.
