Simona was an extremely kind and helpful host. His house is a corner of paradise for those who love nature and tranquility. Everything is great!

My wife's comment a few minutes after check-in: "This is the cleanest apartment on Airbnb ever." On site, Marcos' parents, who live in the main house on the property, took care of us: totally likeable, hospitable, helpful. We arrived at night and the two of them waited for us in front of the house at a late hour. Prior to that, quick, hassle-free communication with Marco in English to coordinate the arrival. The apartment is very spacious, pi-co-bel-lo (!), cozy, functional, fully equipped. The blinds ensure a pleasantly cool indoor climate despite the June heat. Parking on the property, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was fast enough to stream the Nations League. The apartment is "countryside" and was perfect for two people like us, who set off from here on their Umbrian city tours and on the mountain tour to Monte Vettore.

When we arrived, we were immediately hosted by the host and felt at home. Everything as described in the listing, we used the apartment mainly as a support for the night, but we had a very good time. Clean, spacious, very clear rules, and high-level courtesy. Everything is perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for our short trip to Umbria. With the fantastic hosts Paola and Romeo, we felt welcomed as two old friends, they are very kind people and gave us great advice on the most beautiful places to visit in the area! The apartment is very clean and has a strategic location: it is 5 minutes by car from the center of Spoleto but is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The large garden was much appreciated by our dog! 🐶

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!

From Silvio and Marialuisa you feel at home, we and our four-piece friend have lived magnificent moments with them. Especially our German shepherd, Ken who was able to play in their courtyard with their grandchildren Roberto and Manuel. We found two friends that we will always bring to our hearts. Thank you for everything they shared with us. They were more than hospitable and the harmony we breathed from them was immeasurable. If we go back to Umbria, we will definitely stay with them. The villa was a perfect getaway for our family of six. Leonardo and Luca were super helpful with providing recommendations and accommodations for our stay since we were not walking distance into town. Having a car to drive around would make it much easier to visit nearby towns. Highly recommend staying here!
