Holiday rentals with beach access in Termal

Great place and very friendly owner. It was very clean and light in the middle, the same apartment looks new and stylish. It was so nice to be in the house that I did not want to go to the street with😄 a cool balcony on which the sofa stood (which was incredibly pleasant to see because in the photo there were chairs in the balcony) The accommodation is very easy to find, I liked the area, parks, the sea, which is good for those who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Nearby there are establishments and nice parks, metro, ferries, supermarket, and everything you need. I highly recommend this home☺️

No wonder Mr. Sefa has such a high rate. He was absolutely helpful and kind. The apartment was just like the photos, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a big parking garage underground which was so important for me. The building is safe and secured as we were with our child we felt safe. I would absolutely recommend this apartment If you are looking for a place in the Asian side of Istanbul

Very nice location right on Bagdad street and near Gozdepe park.

I think it has a better view than what is shown. It is a duplex house, the view in the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, I went up there and enjoyed the view.

My family and I (4 people total) stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. Hasan was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. The neighborhood is walkable and not in a steep area, unlike some parts of Istanbul. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the ferry and other public transportation options were just a short walk away. One thing to note: there is only one bathroom, and it's located inside the bedroom. For groups larger than two, that may affect privacy depending on the sleeping setup. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

6 stars out of 5:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

Everything was very spot on. Mr. Emre also had a very helpful and open communication.

It was very easy to reach in terms of location, we got off right in front of the bungalow at the end of a period of 40 minutes with buses passing through the center. The staff provided very kind and descriptive communication. The hot tub was in use, there were necessary supplies for the barbecue, the furniture of the house was new and spotless, everything was as it appeared in the photos, the view was very nice. It was calm as a neighborhood and close to everything you need. Air conditioning was sufficient for heating. We were very satisfied, we would like to come again in the summer season ☺️

We stayed for 2 nights. The house is very clean and tidy, and the host was very nice. The calmness and peace of the house was very good. We enjoyed it very much.

the house is so beautiful! we had a wonderful time, we particularly enjoyed the garden and outdoor patio which has a gorgeous table and chairs, perfect for a group of 6. the artwork is unique, the furniture is antique, and the kitchen is well equipped. the host is so kind and generous, he was very responsive.

The location is amazing! Even better than the photos. There is a very sweet neighborhood dog who will come and sleep on the porch each night. It’s very quiet and very peaceful and easy walk down the hill to the coffee shop and the main thoroughfare. Our host was very responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the future.
