Warranfels Homestead is far enough out of Tenterfield to be peaceful and quiet, but is a convenient 10 minute drive away, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The house was built in 1910 and has recently been lovingly restored to it's former glory. It is a grand house with country charm and plenty of room for the whole family. It is situated on 10 acres in the centre of an operating farm. There is approximately 1km of unsealed dirt road after you turn off the Mt McKenzie Road.

The entire place is amazing from amenities, the epic vista, the stars, the gorgeous cows, birds and pure relaxation. Outdoor bath was amazing, indoor outdoor fires, just epic times. Tenterfield is a beautiful spot to stay. But Beks place was amazing, just the perfect spot to have our loved ones with us to stay. And Celebrate our wedding at The Ivy Chapel in town. A short drive to Stanthorpe, so much to do. Or to sit and watch the awesome sunsets . Bek was so helpful and a clean house, every detail had be thought of.

I had an amazing experience staying at Karen’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was super easy, and the host provided clear instructions and a house guide. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedding. Well what a blast staying at "Sunday at Mirumiru", everyday felt like a Sunday. The house and grounds were spotless, the beds comfy and soft. Mirumiru located just out of town and nestled at the base of the wonderful Mt Mackenzie was private and peaceful. At night all you could hear were the crickets, frogs and the odd Moo. The kitchen was a breeze to cook in with all the right stuff to create our culinary delights. Our host must do yoga as she bent over backwards to ensure our stay turned out to be glorious and regenerative.

We had a great stay. The house was very wheelchair accessible, which was a big plus for our friend who joined us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pippa was a warm and welcoming host, and very easy to contact when needed. The surroundings were beautiful, and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. Highly recommended!
