Recently renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private south facing garden in central Chamonix, opposite the Aiguille du midi lift station. Perfect spot with no car needed. Walking distance to all amenities, but also quiet. Located on a side street with private sunny garden to enjoy during the summer. Fully equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and fast WIFI. Perfect for couples, friends or a family. Large smart TV to access Netflix with French freeview, and a DVD played also provided.

Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Appartement lumineux de +/- 70 m2 (+ une terrasse de 16 m2) situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble au milieu de la rue piétonne de Chamonix (hyper-centre) et faisant face à la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. L'appartement vient d'être complètement rénové, luxueusement équipé et redécoré dans l'optique d'offrir un confort optimum à nos visiteurs durant leur séjour. We want to share with you the passion we have put in renovating it with the help of local artisans. We tried to respect the history of the valley through this warm decoration with raw materials. To share a story, the scale of the beds comes from real former equipment of the Brévent domain before its renovation.

Spacious and bright duplex in the Chamonix center

Apartment completely renovated on two levels, on the last floor with elevator. We have a kitchen open to the living room with a balcony and a toilet with shelf space on the ground floor. The floor consists of a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. You have a view of Mont Blanc, sitting on the sofa or from the balcony. Weekly rental from Saturday from 17h to the following Saturday until 11am. A parking space in the basement is possible.
