Amazing stay in a beautiful location,peaceful surroundings,doesn’t feel like ur staying close to a city like Hyderabad-this place is something else. 100% would recommend and I’m visiting again.

We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. We celebrated our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at this beautiful farm stay, and it was nothing short of magical. We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The property and it's surroundings are extremely peaceful and full of greenery. It's pet-friendly, well maintained and private. Caretaker is extremely helpful. Great place to getaway from the hustle of city. Exactly as in the pictures. Pool might feel a bit small, but was good for us. We are happy to recommend this place.

I had an incredible stay at this property. The place was clean, stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable visit . What made it even more special were the society amenities ( pool and gym) and complementary fruit basket from Host.The beautiful lawn terrace was the perfect spot to relax and unwind..The host was welcoming responsive , making sure everything was just right .. Highly recommended for family tourist and for relaxation.

Very supportive and cooperative host. Good location, only wish that the place was calmer (the construction sound near by was quite loud). Otherwise, the location was very convenient and located very close to the hitech city area. The view from the place is quite beautiful (because of the nearby lake). Maid service was good. I wish there were more dishes in the home. The WiFi worked quite well downstairs but the signal didn’t reach upstairs. Overall a nice experience. Would stay at one of Mr Avinash’s properties again in the future.

It qas a great 30 days stay for me., with friendly and proactive hosts. Everything was available in time whenever needed. The only issue was the absence of power backup, since the area faces a lot of power cuts during rain.

My sisters and I planned a last-minute night stay, and we were lucky to find an amazing space! Mary was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Mary, for the wonderful experience. We’re already looking forward to more stays in the future!

Had a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful. The location is easy access to the Outer Ring Road, Ramoji Film City, and airport. Highly recommended!

I had a comfortable stay. The description was matching with the place with all amenities for usage. Finding this place is also fairly easy, it's around 700m from prakash Nagar metro station. Good option for those looking for stay near Begumpet.

They are now like a family to us. Very warm and friendly and very thoughtful. They have a beautiful puppy called “Candy” who can keep you posted and busy , that is if you enjoy playing with puppies which we really do. Beautiful privacy at minimal expense !

We were 4 so the place was ample for us and then had a friend visit us as well. Really liked the upscale Banjara Hills location which was pretty central to get to where we wanted. I also wanted to experience living in this area so this was a great opportunity. Qamar and his son Haider were always available if we had any questions so that felt super comfortable and felt that they really cared to keep us relaxed.

We had a good place to stay. Host was nice gentle man. We collected maximum information about local and nearby all locations to Visit. And also reliable , good transport also made Thank you All the best.

It just felt like home. had a very good time being over Lakshmi Garu's house. They are so friendly. Had a great hospitality. will definitely prefer to stay at Lakshmi Garu's place whenever we have a plan of staying in Hyderabad for a period of time. Thanks for the great hospitality.
