דירת סטודיו מרווחת, מקסימה בעיצוב ייחודי מעורר השראה! ממוקמת 50 מטר מחוף מציצים, החוף הכי שווה של תל אביב! ו50 מטר ממתחם נמל תל אביב אשר מלא במסעדות, ברים, חנויות וגינות הפתוחים גם בסופי שבוע! הדירה נימצאת בקומה 1- , בעלת 2 חלונות אנגליים (חפורים באדמה) שלל פתרונות איורור ותאורה הפכו את הדירה למוארת ומאווררת. מתאימה לזוג, לזוג +2, ניתן גם לחלוק אותה 3-4 חברים. בנכס ישנו מטבחון מאובזר, ומקלחת עם מים חמים הנכס אינו מתאים לשומרי שבת עקב מערכות חשמליות הפועלות אוטומטית וכן עקב דלת הכניסה החשמלית.

Vous pourrez longer la magnifique promenade de 14km qui borde la mer puis admirer un coucher de soleil.
