Waterfront holiday rentals in Tel Aviv District

This was great apartment in a superb location, just a couple of minutes walk from the sea and 5 minutes' walk from Carmel Market and Nahalat Binyamin with its craft market and trendy restaurants. It was about 15 minutes walk from Dizengoff Square so was really accessible for all that Tel Aviv has to offer. The apartment was spacious and clean and reasonably well equipped and had a large balcony to lounge on and eat at. We had two really great weeks there and would definitely go back. It also has a Mamad (safe room) in the flat Benjamin was responsive, communicative, helpful and quick to remedy any broken or missing items. Overall an excellent service.

The apartment was exactly what it looked like in the pictures which is beautifully done and super efficient. The location is amazing and super convenient to everything. In the middle of the stay we decided to extend by 3 days and they were very accommodating and made the process easy! I would recommend the apt to anyone, and would certainly plan on renting it again on my next trip to Tel Aviv.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location with a life saving parking space. The apartment is also generously stocked with all the essentials and more. The location allows easy walking access to a lot of what Tel Aviv has to offer the beach ,the esplanade , the markets, NeveTsedek, Yaffo , the Bahous neighborhood.... Very clear instructions allowed us to enter the apartment and find the parking space. A place to come back and recommend

Limor was a wonderful host friendly and immediately responded to any concern or question I had about the property how to get in any qualms I had were easily answered. I came in for my daughter‘s wedding. She went out of her way to book a hair appointment for me gave me several options and prices of local hair salons even gave us great suggestions of places to eat and shop . She was really flexible when I needed to take an extra day and a late check out . I will be recommending her to my friends who are coming in August. The view is spectacular and great location and she was so quick to respond to any issues like ,my son lost the key And she got us a new one a few hours later ! I give a 10 ⭐️ will be back.

The house is beautiful and in a great location . I wouldn’t say the sea view is fantastic - but you do see the sea . We loved the space, the design, the modernness and comfort of the living room. Kitchen was very functional. Master bed was Very comfortable but the 2 other queen beds were very hard. Marc is easy to reach and immediately responded to any issues or needs Great space for a large group and excellent location with short walks to the beach , Jaffa and many amazing restaurants. Air conditioner worked wonderfully as we had a hot and humid week and needed to come back and rest during the heat of the day. Overall an amazing stay !!

This apartment is beautiful!! We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and neat! The view is breathtaking!! The host is so easygoing and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this apartment!

great place. magnificent house with great garden and excellent location. near the beach. quite side street bit away from the center. Great hosts. very clean and well equipped. roomy (we a family of six felt space for everyone). recommend highly!

Joey was an excellent host and super responsive. Everything was perfect!

So I want to say I gave this a 5 star even with a bunch of issues and I’ll tell you why. One issue was the ac it broken a few times but everytime I messaged they replied right away and it was fixed with in a day or the same day. Again this isn’t someone’s fault it’s a machine. The second issue the pool was closed but again maintenance because of what’s going on in Israel it was easy to understand why no one would go to a pool in a roof 30 stories high with rockets flying over head. The location is great you are on the beach by one block and in the center of it all !! I legit can walk to the marina in 15 minutes. Jaffo in 15 minutes the beach in 30 seconds lol the shuk and allenby are with in a few blocks. It’s legit prime location. It has the best view from the balcony you can see the beach and the whole Tel Aviv city in a panorama view. Even with issues this is a great place and great people.

Great location , apartment quiet and safe , lovely view from balcony, , excellent pool , secure parking , very attentive host ,Will definitely stay again.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

It was great to be back at the Marina by the beach. We love the location & the view. We hope to be back next year🙏🙏🙏

Ce logement agréable est idéalement placé, à proximité du Marche du Carmel et de la plage. Tous les lieux intéressants de la Ville Blanche sont situés aux alentours. Les lignes d'autobus passent à trois minutes de l'appartement. Dana est très réactive et le petit guide qu'elle met à disposition est très clair.

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

The flat was absolutely fabulous!! The living room appearance was even nicer than the pictures :-) The kitchen was fully equipped and more - two type of toasters, coffee machine, lots of cooking utensils, plastic bags, plenty of cups and plates from all kind types, there were coffee, oil, salt and pepper, various spices, and even peanut butter and flatbreads. Amazing. The shower was lacking soaps and lotions, baby wipes etc. Washing machine and dryer was life saver with kids. The swimming pool was spacious and fun, partially shaded with nice staff working there. Having the private parking was very important in this area. Ronit was very responsive and very helpful in our stay and I couldn't ask for a better host!

We spent three weeks at Isabelle's apartment and felt at-home from the moment we checked in. The place is nearly new and is perfectly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The terrace is amazing, great for lounging, having meals or sipping wine and watching the parrots and other birds. While there is construction outside, you cannot see it or hear any noise from the apartment. The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to the Shuk Carmel, Nahalat Binyamin, the beach, and tons of excellent restaurants and cafes. Our new favourite area of Tel Aviv. Also, there is a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor of the building, very convenient. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again without hesitation.
