Very clean and very near train station.

We had a very nice stay in Sankt Andreasberg. The apartment looks like in the photos and was very clean. The kitchen was also well equipped, it had everything you need. You can tell that effort has been made with the decor, everything looks very stylish and the quality of the decor has also been taken care of. If there is a problem, Ulrike responds very quickly, and we have also received an extensive list of activities in the area in advance. We will be happy to come back!

We were more than satisfied. The apartment is beautifully furnished and we felt right at home. Everything you need is available in the kitchen and the cleanliness in the whole apartment is impeccable. Communication is super fast and also very nice. We will be happy to come back and recommend it.

The apartment was really nice and very clean, we immediately felt comfortable there. The decor was modern and well maintained, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only note: It would be helpful to mention in the description that the pool can only be used in summer. Otherwise, everything was great – happy to come back!

We were there last year and wrote in our review that we would like to come back. And indeed - our second stay in Moringen is now over. We felt comfortable as the 1st time, everything is there what we needed, the apartment is small but nice, clean and modern. We felt very comfortable in Irina and Uwe's apartment! It is cozy and equipped with everything you need. And if something is missing, the hosts are happy to help. The apartment is located on the edge of Kleinalmerode, it is wonderfully quiet, you can hear above all birdsong and rustling from the trees. The area is very idyllic, there are great premium hiking trails in the "Frau-Holle-Land": definitely recommended! Thank you very much, Irina and Uwe, we will be happy to come back!

The house is just awesome, very quiet location. As soon as we opened the entrance door, we were very enthusiastic, the entire furnishings and equipment are very well coordinated to all rooms and very classy. We lacked nothing. We have already booked a lot of holiday homes, but this has surpassed everything. Even when I had questions for Elke, I immediately noticed that she is very nice and friendly and also answered quickly or Elke also likes to call back. I also booked again right away. TOP TOP TOP

My husband , me and our 2 little dogs had a great stay at the place. On foot or by car, the accommodation is centrally located. The key handover was hassle-free and the apartment has everything you need. The apartment was very clean, which was really important to us and it was lovingly furnished. We felt right at home. Nice apartment on the edge of town, with the forest almost directly behind the apartment buildings. Very quiet at night with a nice view over the town. Apartment was clean and check-in was straightforward. The apartment on the top floor, and there is an elevator. Parking is easy to use. Location is probably better with a car, but you are only a ten minute walk to a REWE grocery store, and about 30 minute walk to the old town or the university. There is also a bus stop near by.

Plenty of space, both outside and inside. Parking is on the street, not on the property.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

It was a lovely stay, Verena was very accommodating and helpful and the flat is extremely sweet. The area is very rural and good for walking and hiking.

A wonderful house with plenty of space. Everything was present, for example, also in the kitchen. Neat bathroom and bedrooms. In short, a good base to explore the Harz.

The stay at Ira was wonderful. The apartment has a great view and was very cozy. In addition, you could relax in Ira's beautiful garden. All in all, we are really excited and would love to come back.

Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in

Super cool apartment, with really good facilities. Plenty of space and a really nice balcony with a hot tub. The best thing about the apartment is clearly the sauna, - with good lighting, really good heat, scents and much more. Can clearly recommend the place if you are a larger group of people who need a really cool place to have fun.

Everything was great so far. It would only be nice if it is stated that the spa area costs extra,although the prices were also order. Maybe you can still separate the spa area for privacy. In the bedroom, a curtain would be nice to darken. I'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Aaron's apartment. The beds were wonderfully cozy and overall the apartment was a dream. My friends and I would visit this apartment again at any time and recommend it to everyone. It was very clean and super cozy. Thank you so much for everything! :-)

The accommodation looked even better than in the photos. The facility (including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom) is very modern and new, as well as clean. In addition, Silke responded quickly to messages. We were very pleased!
