Wambal Cabin - luxury in the wilderness

OrianeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We’ve spent a very cosy weekend at Wambal cabin, it’s a lovely and peaceful location with beautiful nature surroundings. The cabin is really comfortable with a nice fireplace and the bed is extra comfy - loved the big bathtub! Nice walking tracks around where we could see a lot of wildlife and Rylestone is only 10 minutes away with some lovely cafes and restaurants. Denny was really nice and proactive to make sure everything was great for us and provided really clear instructions on everything related to the cabin - really helpful.

The Treehouse: Off-grid Retreat

AbbeyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful & relaxing place. Would highly recommend taking a walk around the property, it’s a very cool little bush walk and looks like a lot of effort was put into making the path. Loved the idea of the swings and slide, and the lighting is very pretty. Fire is super cozy, and gets nice and toasty pretty fast. Overall very cool place!

The Rise. Ben Ohau

Had the most amazing stay! The place was super clean, comfy and had everything you could want/need. Fire was set up ready for our arrival! Really loved the extra touches like the stamps on the toilet rolls & the gorgeous dressing gowns. Super easy communication, very accommodating, send us lots of local recommendations & really easy check in. Well worth the money, probably one of the nicest places we've stayed! Thank you :)

Unforgettable stay at Amy & Jason’s cottage! They really have thought of all the little details, and equipped the place with everything for a great stay. The wood fired hot tub under the stars was so special. And Amy was super helpful before and during stay. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Eco Lodge. Very peaceful surroundings and beautiful cabin! Our toddler loved the trampoline and chooks, especially seeing if there were fresh eggs in the morning:) The cabin was well maintained and super comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Scandinavian-style modern rural barn getaway

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful place. We loved the loft bedroom that had views out into the reserve that had sheep in it when we arrived. Everything was thought through with the layout and was very spacious.

The Lookout Cabin

MelissaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A stunning, peaceful retreat. The modern, minimalist design was perfect; sleek, well-equipped & warm. The king bed was super comfortable, the shower spacious with good water pressure & the fireplace was the soul of the space. We spent hours listening to music & watching the flames from the couch or bed, cocooned while wild winter weather rolled in outside. The ocean view was dramatic & beautiful, and we loved waking to sunrise and spotting the local pademelons grazing nearby. The kitchen had all the essentials; microwave, oven, stove, oil, salt, tea, milk & instant coffee, with glasses perfect for local wine & whisky. There was plenty of firewood and the whole home felt private & thoughtfully designed. A washing machine & Nespresso would be welcome additions, but honestly it didn’t take away from the experience. A perfect place to slow down, unwind and enjoy the raw beauty of nature in comfort.
