It has some furniture from the Soviet era. Open balcony has a view to the park. In the kitchen You find dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mirco wave oven, toaster, kettle, mixer, fridge and electric stove with oven. One car parking place is FREE to use in the closed yard.
