Little cottage with a living room, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a huge terrace, located near Varatec Monastery. Large garden (2000sqm), full of trees, very quiet, only a few holiday residences near Mica cabana cu livingroom (canapea extensibila), bucatarie deschisa, doua dormitoare cu pat dublu, baie si o terasa foarte mare, in apropierea Manastirii Varatec. Curte mare (2000mp) cu brazi si mesteceni. Foarte linistit, doar cateva case de vacanta in apopiere.

Proprietatea se afla la 5 minute de cele mai importante centre comerciale ale orasului și de restaurante cu specific divers. La mai puțin de un kilometru se afla parcul central și centrul vechi, ștrandul municipal cu parcul de aventuri pentru copii, restaurante diverse și hipodrom. În apropiere se afla și punctul de plecare al telegondolei, iar pentru iubitorii de drumeții montane vârful Cozla oferă plimbări prin natura în mijlocul orașului.

Dear guest the house is very quite and even if it looks small, there is enough space for a couple or a family with small children. The ground floor has a complete bathroom, kitchen and a big passageway, while the upper floor has the sleeping area- Big bed, extendable sofa, library, working table and 3 balconies (River, yard and mountain view).

Ponton Lacul Bicaz

Floating pontoon on Lake Bicaz, in the Chiriteni area with two rooms(for maximum 4 people), a bathroom with shower and an outdoor shower (in summer), kitchen furnished and equipped with utensils, dishes and the possibility to barbecue.

Our peaceful place is located in a small village, on the left-hand side of Bistrita river, where the forest meets the fence of the property. If you enjoy the sound of nature this is the right place for a cozy and relaxing weekend.
