Location: Easy to park the car Surronding Envirnoment: You feel normal, no pressure and feel safe Inside apartment, Very clean, warm and bright Kitchen very clean with oven and washing machine Toilet very clean but need to pay attention that water may split out the floor when you have shower Overall, very good experience, i highly recommend your guys to take this choice

Karolina's accommodation was a great option for a festival weekend ( CARBON Silesia Festival in Zabrze). A great base, close to the A1 highway, near Żabka, Lidl, Biedronka, Rossmann, and our discovery was O Pinsa Mia - The Roman Pizza in Bytom. A great option for lunch or dinner. It's a good idea to go there. The apartment is large and spacious, equipped, parking and a backyard with a green area, so everything was a plus and the contact with the host was exemplary, everything was very positive. I recommend and wish you all the best ♥ Thank you!

Konrad feels reachable 24/7. GREAT!!! Super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is right in the city center. Everything is in walking distance. As also described in the display, the entrance is in a backyard, so you don't get anything from the sounds of downtown. Highly recommended.

My wife, my 13-year-old daughter and I. were hosted. To enjoy the Women's World Ice Hockey on the Bytom Rink. It is a very well connected city with buses and trams. With all services nearby. The apartment was great, clean, warm, quiet and all the comforts for us. A Lydl in front. The only small inconvenience, for the person who sleeps in the sofa bed, is the noise from the fridge. We definitely went back. Thank you

I have stayed at Marceli’s studio flat with my hubby and 6 year old son for 2 nights. For us it was a very convenient place as my parents live nearby. I will definitely book it again. There was nothing which I could criticise. Place is nicely done with modern features and is very clean.

Perfect site, room with jacuzzi and sauna and everything in perfect condition and very clean, the neighborhood is very quiet and with a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended to go as a couple and enjoy all the comforts.

There were 3 adults and 2 kids. I really liked everything. The place itself is very beautiful and new, high-quality furniture, plumbing, equipment. Very quiet and beautiful place. There is a lot of entertainment for children, a playground for children, attractions, a small zoo. The children and we were allowed to feed the horses, it was very interesting. Very convenient location. The house itself is next to the stable, there are many attractions nearby. This place is 120% worth the money. We plan to return.

Very near to the center, the comunication with host was really nice, reccomended if you want to visit Katowice.

I stayed in this one-bedroom apartment in Katowice for about two and a half months while working in the area, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The location was excellent: close to a beautiful park, a gym and swimming pool, and a convenient store just around the corner. It also had easy access to the main road, which made commuting very straightforward. The only small downside was the lack of dedicated parking. At times, I had to park a bit farther from the apartment, but I was always able to find a spot eventually, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Katowice, especially for an extended period!

Great place with a lovely landlord! We stayed at Roman's place with friends and a total of 4 children, we are all delighted :) Roman takes care of every detail to make the stay really great. The house is very clean, the food is delicious, everything can be arranged and determined on an ongoing basis. There are plenty of activities for adults and children on the property. We are very happy with your stay, there is nothing to worry about, Roman is a professional and cordial Human :)
