Great stay! Everything matched the description, and the place was clean and comfortable.the area felt very safe and there was plenty of parking outside in addition to the underground option. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The Residence is close enough to everything to enjoy it but far enough away to be quiet. The convenience store is run by the very nice and helpful Mustapha and the pool is great... an excellent tavern restaurant 50m away. to test Othman, I forgot my cell phone in the room and he was present and super efficient, I got it back 48 hours later! Many thanks to him, if I go back there it will be in the same accommodation! JLUC

Very nice apartment with good bedding and very functional. The location is ideal for visiting Marrakech, opposite the Majorelle Gardens. Pool faithful to the description and very clean. Many restaurants nearby and 3 minutes' walk from a Carrefour Express. Small shop 5 meters from the entrance door of the building for water packs in case. 2 very convenient elevators. Khalil is a very good host who is responsive and concerned about your peace of mind. I highly recommend the rental.

Nice clean place, good location and good communication

Charming apartment with its beautiful view of the residential central pool. Quiet and pleasant accommodation/neighborhood, despite the fact that a vehicle is necessary for all amenities and activities, 2 km from the first services such as restaurants, supermarkets... Equipment that deserves a good complement but the minimum necessary is present, permanent caretaker, perfect security of the residence. Lovely housekeeper, extremely kind and accommodating host despite a scare on our arrival at the airport because he couldn't be reached but largely excused by his kindness.

Hasna’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. Everything is very well thought out and spacious. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are good. The kitchen has all the relevant amenities. The apartment was really clean, the air con was good, the washing machine was very useful. One thing to point out is that google did put us on the wrong side of the block, but Hasna helped us find it. Hasna was a lovely host, she was friendly, gave recommendations and checked in with us now and then. Marrakesh is a bit crazy, but being just outside the main city worked well for a bit of peace.

Our stay at Mostapha's was absolutely perfect! Mostapha is an incredible host, just like Morocco: welcoming, warm and caring. He was extremely responsive and treated us like royalty. The apartment is impeccably clean, located in a secure residence with a great swimming pool. We recommend it without hesitation.

I travelled with my 3 daughters and couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The place was amazing and Mohamed went above and beyond for us. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much Mohamed we are actually sad to leave x

Amazing Stay in Marrakech! We had a wonderful time at this beautiful accommodation in Marrakech. The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to give tips about the city. The location was perfect—close to the Medina but still peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!

I had a great stay in Marrakech in this accommodation. The apartment is perfectly in line with the description, very clean, well-equipped and ideally located for discovering the city. The neighborhood is quiet while being close to the main attractions. The host was very welcoming, available and gave good advice throughout the stay. Very nice stay at Samir's place: it is exactly AS described and IN the photos. Spacious, warm, spotlessly clean, with very good quality linens. Everything is thought for the first uses: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, towel, salt pepper spices olive oil, coffee sugar tea... dishes needed to cook at home... everything! Really very nice! This apartment is a real cozy cocoon 😊 The bedding and the sofa are very comfortable: a good Netflix evening was nice after a big day of moping! Very well located, we can find everything nearby: grocery store, bakery, cafe, snack shop, pizzeria, shops... Easy to catch a taxi on the corner to discover Marrakech 😎 Thank you for participating in this very pleasant stay, and delighted to have met you! 😉

Amazing location, very clean apartment. Communication with the host was really great, answered all my questions fast and clear. She was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire holiday. During our stay, we encountered a minor plumbing issue, which she resolved promptly and efficiently. As a kind gesture, she even offered us some delicious, authentic Moroccan treats to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, she went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Incredible accommodation, clean, refined decor, exactly as in the photos. A breath of fresh air as soon as you enter after a long day of sightseeing or activities in Marrakech. Anissa and Nicolas are just the best, always there for us, they respond very quickly. They guide us if we need it and recommend a very good address! I will return to Marrakech and stay there again! It's just a 10/10, 20/20. If you're hesitating to book, you're already making a mistake, so go for it! I'd recommend it without a second thought

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

Great stay! The apartment is spacious and pleasant. The view is beautiful and the terrace overlooks a sunset every evening. Clean accommodation, the hosts were very responsive when we had questions about nearby activities. We were 6 girlfriends and had a great vacation!
