사용감이 많고 오래되지 않은거 같으나 낡은곳과 수리해야 되는 부분이 있음.간간히 벌레들도 있음.하지만 지내는데는 불편함 없고 우드톤의 분위기에 테라스에서 보는 수영장 전경도 좋고 위치도 편리하고 좋아서 지내는 동안 편안하게 지냈습니다. 다른 숙소와 비교하면 여러장단점이 있겠지만 가성비에서 좋고 다음에도 꼭 이용 하도록 하겠습니다.

spacious, near to jiexpo - walkable, good Aircon, spacious bathroom, surround by mini markets ... have little trouble with wifi and news more spoon 😅

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The unit is extremely clean, well-maintained, and neatly organized. Every piece of furniture is in excellent condition, and the interior design gives a cozy and modern feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spotless with a great shower, and the bedroom is comfortable with fresh linens. The natural lighting is perfect during the day, and the air circulation is great. I recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

اقامتي في البدايه مزعجه بسبب التكييف لكن استجابه سنيا صاحبه السكن سريعه لحل المشكله واستجابة اربي ان ممتازه جدا صاحبة السكن تعاملها ممتاز وسريع وتم حل المشكلة اليوم الثاني وتم ارجاع جز من الاقامه الموقع جميل وقريب من الاسواق والوصول لها بالسيارة شكراااااا

L'appartement était conforme aux photos et à la description. L'hôte était très serviable et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulé de notre séjour. Je recommande 👍

Zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven. Je zit in zuid Jakarta in de beste wijk met alles om je heen. Ik heb ervan genoten.

Very nice area: clean, spacious; modern mall in the vicinity, as well as local restaurants which are opening early in the morning. Apartment itself is clean, equipped with all necessary amenities, check in is easy. There are many instructions everywhere which is particular :)

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Menginap di tempat Kak Dian nyaman , enak , tenang.. Dekat alfa , lawson, dan atm center, tempat makan jg dekat tinggal turun. Ke lobby semua ada .. Tuan rumah jg ramah dan baik .. Recommended

Kamar sangat nyaman, dengan pemandangan kota yg indah, mudah untuk menuju ke mall, cuma sedikit susah untuk mencari tempat pakiran mobilnya

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.

Shout-out for Kak Yulita as a Co-host. Fast for respond chat, clear instruction, also she gave us late check-out time. The home was nice, quiet ambience, and clean.
