Place was neat and clean ... Ambience at night was nice and view frm 35th flr was great ... if only they provide beverages and napkins. place can accomodate 8 pple for our 2D1N and what we love is AC superb cool and balcony view!!

it's a bit hard to access to upper level in parking, sharp corner. water filter and rubbish bag are not provided in homestay. overall is good, nearby a lot restaurants, and convenient to reach those kk and 99 mart. host is responsive and helpful

A very satisfying homestay for family especially if you have kids, a very cozy place to stay. Lots of shops downstairs.. I highly recommend this place ☺️ will be back here again once we’re here in Melaka ☺️

Nice and clean place, with a serene view out to the ocean; location is quite strategic as well, short drive out to many nice restaurants and Jonker. Boon was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Just take note of your check-out time (I didn't experience this during check-in), as it is a condominium with 30 or 40-ish levels but with only 4 lifts to service each block, there will be many other guests. So either check-out much earlier or 1-2 hours later to avoid the human traffic jam.

目前住过最满意的名宿，日式Muji风的内装很温馨，客厅沙发很大很舒服，整间屋子从客厅到卧室灯的氛围都很好，浴室和梳妆台的镜子很大，化妆和整理头发都很方便，浴室的水力很大冲凉时特别享受超级舒服，屋主还很细心的准备了牙刷和牙膏，还有准备了即溶咖啡和茶包等。非常满意，非常舒服。

If you are looking for a place that is suitable for babies and toddlers, Min Fen's place at Costa Makhota is ideal. Clean and tidy is the first impression, and my kids settled well in the house (3 years old and a 7 months old). It is very near to Makhota Parade which is a good shopping area (with Cocomelon indoor playground at Level 2, my 3 years old loves it!) Min Fen is also a respectful and responsive host, both my wife and I are very comfortable communicating with her via private message. While we faced a little hiccup during checking-out, the overall positive experience gave us a good vibes during a 3D2N Malacca getaway. *Because we went during a public holiday, we were greeted with firework from the balcony, set off by the nearby facilities. It was beautiful.

unit was in great condition - comfortable beds, clean bathroom and well equipped home amenities. location was strategic as well, we were able to get to our intended destinations quick despite the heavy traffic over the weekend. finally, very gracious host !

Our stay there was amazing! A great 1 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. It had a beautiful balcony with a view of palm trees and the pool. There were many great restaurants within walking distance from the building. We loved our time there! Also, Adrian was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was communicative and responsive. The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. My kid absolutely loved the swimming pool!

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and truly felt like a home away from home. The place had a stunning view, and Natalie was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Located at a peaceful location, however a bit far from the town but I would still recommend.

We had wonderful stay at Alice’s Home. The Host was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

House is big... with huge swimming pool and pool table as well.... plus the fountain.... maybe putting a sign on each switches will helps to identify the related lighting, fans etc... 😁. Overall it worth the money paid...

We had a group of semi-senior friends and 2 youngsters. Everyone of us found things to do at the house. While 4 played mah jong, 2 played snooker and the rest singing our hearts out with the KTV set. It was fun and the kitchen came with functioning fridge, rice cooker…etc, water dispenser with hot and cold water. Check in time was flexible but only when it’s available otherwise still have to wait till the said check in time so do have a mental preparation for that. The house is really right in the centre of the town so it’s very easy to get around with a car. Walkable distance are to some nearby local eateries. It is a clean, tidy and safe place to stay and it really feels like home. Thank you Melissa and team for being very responsible and responsive. 🌸💖
