Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tanjung Bungah

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

Highly recommend!! Clear and fluid communication throughout the entire stay. Hosts were friendly and accommodating - they met all our needs and requests in a timely manner. We put the kitchen to full use for an entire week and it was easy to walk or Grab to get groceries or visit the beach. The complex was safe, quiet and, of course, the view was magnificent! We had a relaxed, effortless and beautiful stay in Batu Ferrenghi. Can't wait to return!

Comfy place. Suitable for a long stay holiday or so. As it gives homey vibe.. there was some discrepancies but host being prompt and responsive.

I had a great stay at Alex's place in George Town. The room looked exactly as listed-clean, comfortable, and just as described in the photos. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, and Alex was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

Stayed here with a big group and it accommodated all of us nicely. Excellent location as it was right at the heart of town. Also appreciated the flexibility Heng gave us with checking out. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and friendly host! Accessing the keys could have been simpler, but overall it was a good place to stay.

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

Nice place for 10 to 13 pax

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

It was a pleasant stay. The house is so beautiful and homey. 10-15 mins of walk, you could basically reach all the famous tourist attractions. Kenny and his team were very helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the praying… There’s a mosque right behind the house. So, you could hear the prayer through the speaker 5 times a day. That was the only down side of our stay. Everything else was great. I would even call it perfect. We were 4 adults and the space was definitely more than enough for all of us. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Highly recommend it. I would love to go back again.

great location, great little flat with everything you'll need

The apartment is comfortable, clean and location is great. We chose this spot for the proximity to the beach. The general pool, playground and other space is very well maintained. Even though the mosque is basically next to the unit but we slept through without issues. This vacation condo is really worth it. We had a very restful weekend.

Check-in is very convenient, the key is easy to find, the room is large, it is very quiet when sleeping at night, the air conditioning is also very cold, a very good stay experience.

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

Splendid and very responsive owner

Spacious 2 bedrooms apartment. Convenient bathroom with 2 sink each of them. Complete kitchen utensils. Functioning well washing machine and dryer in a private laundry room just next to dining area. This is super convenient. Walking distance to beach. Near to Escape park. Super convenient.

I really love the view from the house. The house so clean, and the house feels like im at my own home. Owner so proactive and kind, really responsive. It just that during the check out, we need to wait for the lift about 45 mins. So maybe visitors need to check out earlier or late as long as not during peak hours.

Nice place, great view. Lots good food nearby, and a few little night markets with good food (one by the nearby Lotus). A bit far from Georgetown but a 20min Grab will get you there. If you want to stay a little out of the hustle and bustle this is a great choice. Also low traffic and open areas to run (good place to prep for Penang Bridge Marathon) if that's something you are looking for.
