I loved my stay at Ocean Villa. I booked a 1 bedroom for a short birthday staycation. What made the listing stand out to me was the easy beach access and it was within budget. However, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It looks way better in person and it’s extremely clean. Waking up to the view of the ocean and the peaceful environment was like a dream. The check-in and check-out process was also super easy. We had no problems at all. If you’re looking for a private and peaceful place to stay, this is perfect. Way better than the fancy hotels, yet more affordable. It made our staycation even more special.

I’ve been to Guam a few times and really don’t enjoy the overpriced and overcrowded Tumon hotels. Don’t like hunting for a parking spot and walking forever to the room. This place is 1/3 the price, has a bedroom and comfy work table for my laptop. The big hotels have no desk for people who are not on vacation! I parked right in front of my door! The private beach and under concrete roof outdoor kitchen with large tables were also great for laptop work on the beach. Power and WiFi aplenty at the beach. I think there are about 18 rooms here. This is a good choice. I liked the first floor and will stay here again soon. If you need a spa, a bar with a band, and crowds this is not your place. But it’s my favorite for a quiet, well air conditioned room with all the basics. With your car steps away, you can get most places before resort guests can find their car!

I wish we knew this place - we would’ve went upon arrival on Guam instead of moving from place to place. We’re definitely coming here on our next family trip! The outdoor kitchen and private beach were the best! Thank you for making the last few days of trip memorable 😍

this peaceful Little Villa felt right at home. the ocean is right there. the beach is just like your own. I love my stay here and I will be coming back in January to enjoy The slice of heaven again. thank you Anna and staff.

This is a hidden gem - my second time on Guam, last time stayed at another Airbnb that cost a lot more but didn’t have much of a view. For me the view is the most important. Loved hanging out on the balcony. In December it wasn’t uncomfortably hot outside.

Pia resort is a great place to stay for travelers in Guam. Its location is amazing. Although the beach isn’t as close as 5star hotels ,it was a nice walk down to beach to burn calories after binge eating at nice restaurants. ( I also found a short cut) Mako is a nice host and he tried hard to respond to our requests promptly. In general, houses in Guam are old and outdated ( even the condition of top range hotels isn’t so admirable) , but Pia resort probably has better room condition than most of other places although there’s been a few problems such as loud Air conditioning system) We’ve been pretty demanding guests to be honest. I was traveling with my mother-in-law and I was responsible to take care of her needs who is now almost 80, but after all , my mother-in-law was satisfied and I’d like to thank Mako a lot.

The room is in a hotel, but it was nice and quiet. I never worried about hearing any other guests. It’s a close walk to the beach approximately 10 minutes and lots of restaurants. The only thing I would mirror some of the other reviews would be that the Wi-Fi tends to be intermittent and may not work well or consistent if you need it, however, everybody is very friendly and the place was nice so I would stay again.
