cocok banget buat keluarga kumpul. kamar atas super besar, bocah2 bisa tidur pake futton. kamar, kamar mandi dan pantry super bersih. air minum disediakan👍👍 alat makan lengkap, bisa pesen online makan rame-rame.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Patricks Haus! Es war so geräumig, sauber und einladend. Und man hatte einen einzigartigen Blick in die Natur, den ich sonst noch nie in Jakarta erlebt hatte. Wir liebten die große Terrasse und unsere Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool. Den Service, dass die Zimmer regelmäßig gereinigt wurden, haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Wie würden sehr gerne das Haus wieder mieten bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Jakarta!

The place was a bit hard to find at first—it’s tucked away in a small alley and the Google Maps location isn't completely accurate. But once we found it, we were pleasantly surprised! The villa is spacious, with a nice pool that the kids really enjoyed. The indoor area is roomy and comfortable, and the front yard can fit about two cars. They also provided meat for a barbecue, which was a great bonus. Overall, a nice stay with a lot of space for families.

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

7명이 지낼 숙소를 찾아보았는데 숙소가 매우 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 1층은에어콘이 없지만 실링팬을 켜두면 괜찮습니다. 수영장에서 수영은 못했지만 모여서 발 담고 수다떨었어요. 체크인 전 / 체크아웃 후에 짐을 맡길 수 잇는지 문의했는데 매우 친절하게 가능하다고 했습니다. 여러명이 가신다면 추천합니다

Menginap 2 mlm disini. Semua sangat puas. Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, kamar2 tidur besar., kolam renangnya bersih. Tuan rumahnya jg baik, mudah dihubungi. Besok2 kl perlu villa akan kesini lagi. Terima kasih.

Place is amazing!!! Even better than the photos. So spacious and alot alot of restaurants and coffee shops. So easy to get food like anytime. Everything is so clean and pak Ipoel is very helpful, like anytime we need it, he’s right there to help. Perfect holiday place , just loved it

Ingin menginap dengan dengan anggota keluarga 6 orang , rekomendasi untuk Nilaya Pavilion karena tempat yang asri dan menyenangkan seperti di rumah sendiri. Tuan rumah juga banyak membantu jika ada pertanyaan seputar alamat dan tempat tujuan, untuk transportasi sangat mudah karena di jalan raya yang besar.

Rumahnya enak bangett, vibe rumah tua tapi isinya barang2 baru, bersih banget. Enak banget pas kunjungan kemarin untuk kerja bareng rekan kantor. Lokasi juga di pinggir jalan gede jadi enak nyarinya. Sebagai host, chris juga sangat responsif dan membantu. Recomended, value for money, rumah kecil di dalam kota jakarta.

Rumah cukup besar & di dlm perumahan, parkiran bs muat sampai dengan 3 mobil, Pak Willy jg cukup responsif walaupun kami sempat selisih paham utk singkatan hr (hari dan hour) di awal pemesanan. Sayangnya rumah ini maksimal cuma bs utk 8 (delapan) org saja, sedangkan saya bersama rombongan. Pastikan teman2 konfirmasi apakah di dlm rumah bs merokok atau tdk terlebih dahulu sblm memesan, karena di dlm rumah Pak Willy ini tdk bs merokok, shg saya dan suami tdk bs menikmati rumah ini krn suami sy dkk tdk bs merokok di dlm rumah. Over all rumahnya bersih & nyaman.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

baik banget Mba Fitri dan Ibu nya sangat welcome. dibantu oleh keponakannya utk check in. pas check in di jamu rambutan , kopi dan teh. Its special for us, jarang2 pesen di air bnb ada cemilan paling cuma teh dan kopi dan air mineral. proses check in flexible banget. next insyallah klo ada acara lagi, pesen di sini lagi. maaciww... mba .. salam sama ibu nya ya.. syg ga sempet ketemu.. 🥰🥰❤️.

The place matched our expectations. It was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed. The two bedrooms were great, though the kids bedroom didn't have AC. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was perfect; we had everything we needed to make our meals. The living room was a great place to hang around with the family. The bathroom was squeaky clean; the host provided the standard soap, shampoo, and two towels. Our kids loved the swimming pool and it was perfect. They had it cleaned just before our arrival. Overall, though the home was not flooded with light, it was sufficiently lit. They provided WiFi and the internet connection was stable; I could use my laptop to work with no issue. Too bad they locked Netflix in their smart TV. But we still could watch IPTV and other streaming apps like Hotstar and WeTV.

I had a wonderful stay at Romi's house! Its convenient location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. The house is a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay. Recommended!

Had an amazing stay with 6 of my friends. The atmosphere within the house brings you into a different galaxy all together. All the star wars memorials brings the house to life Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Although the location of the house is in a bit of an odd place. There’s a near by mart and so many good food places in walking distance. Close to chinatown. 10/10 would recommend
