Holiday rentals with a patio in Taman Jaya Putra

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described in the listing — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, which made getting around super easy. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to answer any questions and provide recommendations on places to visit and eat. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything I needed — from kitchen essentials to toiletries. The bed was comfy, and the environment was quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again in the future!

One of the better apartments to stay for multi families as they issue out 2 set of access card & keys as most other only provide 1 set. Plenty of things to do and great value if you spend more time around Paradigm mall. Host is proactive in providing the check in & check out instructions with videos and pictures. Recommended for families and group of friends.

Amazing villa, had a great time with family. Swimming pool is perfect, has a great outdoor area for small BBQ. The living area is quite big and a well equipped kitchen. The rooms are quite big as well with attached bathroom. We had a great time!

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

This place is great for a large group! The karaoke system and space was a great plus. The toilet cleanliness could be improved, but i would say its already pretty value and great stay! 😊

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. I had a really lovely and comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The space was spotless—very clean, neat, and well-organized, which made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into right away. It’s also a very peaceful location, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so finding a good meal or a cosy spot for coffee was always convenient. The area felt lively yet not overcrowded, which was a great balance. All the facilities and amenities were in excellent working condition, which I really appreciated—everything functioned as it should, which isn’t always the case in every stay. From the shower to the appliances, everything was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall comfort. The host was also friendly and approachable. Will definitely return again!

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Beautiful and great stay! Despite having abit of trouble getting into the house due to the qr code and also netflix unable to see, the owner responded well and also rectified it well! Really like the decor of the house and the aesthetics. Will definely stay again if i want to visit paradigm longer

I genuinely like it because it's in the town area. I did notice a traffic congestion at a certain time in the evening but if you time your itinerary or plans it's not an issue. Loved how we all wowed when we walked in. The place is spacious and it's got a rich vibe. Luxurious.They had a nice scent too,set up. Shang Ri la. It compliments the aesthetic. Living room has a centralized ac so it's not too cold. There's a microwave for heating up those Grab Food orders. perfect. It's low level so we expected some noise but nothing too bad. The rooms were just instaworthy. very beautiful and comfortable. The apartment oversees the pool so heads up on loud kids and family days out, swimming. Beds were comfy,ac was strong except the Master room . Over all had a very pleasant stay and I think we have a new family favorite. Wish I didn't have to write this because it's on my gatekeep list!
