Very good place to stay with spacious rooms. The facility is good and the host is very responsive even at night

House was really clean, feet feels great on the floor. Different facilities to engage both young and old in the house. A lot of space to hang out and chill. Comfortable sleep. Has everything needed, including slippers to hangout at the outdoor area. Host was warm and welcoming, sending clear instructions for check in and recommendations of places to go. The host is extremely nice and pro-active, even messaging me on the day itself that the house is ready early and I can check in early if I wish, though I didn't request for it. On my last day, as it takes time to call grab for the large group, host was kind and understanding when I asked for 15mins extra time during check out. House is big enough to house a big group and has sufficient toilets. Still feels spacious even with 14 of us.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

It was a nice stay with 2 families, especially if you want to be near Austin Height area. Kids enjoyed the pool despite a little small. 5 bedrooms were more than enough with comfy beds. Aircon could be stronger in the living area. Kitchen and fridge is small and outdoor but not a big concern since we did not use it much.

Super big and clean space! Loved the pool, slide and KTV!! Owner was super friendly and responds very quickly!

It’s wonderful place to stay at with family

super friendly and responsive host! minor hiccup with the back toilet and living room aircon but she managed to send handyman over even during public holiday! held my post wedding celebration there she was super accommodating! the place is loaded with mahjong tables, karaoke set (superb soundproofing), foosball desk, pool, loads of parking and bed space! super worth the price!

overall stay was good. enough toilets for 2 families. many choices of eateries nearby though need to drive out.

We had a great stay at this place! The host, David, was very responsive and ensured everything was in good condition before our check-in. The space was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Besides, it was great to have items needed for BBQ (e.g. charcoal, skewers, fan) provided, which made our gathering smooth and enjoyable. A couple of suggestions for future improvements: some of the indoor bins were not lined with plastic bags and the door to the front room made creaking noises, which became disruptive during the night. It would also be nice to have a slightly larger BBQ pit to accommodate bigger groups, as well as a wider variety of games or board games for entertainment. Lastly, having a few bath towels in each room would be helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. We'd definitely recommend it and hope to return again.

Love the stay here! Everything was spotless clean and comfortable. I was surprised to see this AirBnB provide disposal toothbrushes and also coffee! Just like hotel accommodation. Thumbs up! I booked very last minute, because I came from Singapore, I wanted to go to KL, but everyone was too tired with the baby.I made a reservation in the evening, and the Host replied quickly.The platform system also had a problem, the money was deducted but the status was not changed. In the end, the host sincerely helped us, letting us go in first (mainly because my bank had already deducted the money), and then letting us settle in before slowly dealing with the platform.The Host is really nice.The room is also clean, and baby loves it!

Great location, just minute drive to Aeon Tebrau City, and 5 mins more to Mount Austin area. Place was private and cosy, great for big group gathering. All rooms comes with AC + wall fans, good for circulating air. Front porch can park 2 car at least. Comes with BBQ pit, but we did not get to use. Whole unit was newly renovated and brightly lit. Comes with mahjong table and some board games to entertain everyone of all ages. Karaoke system was fun!

Sereen was always prompt with her replies. Accommodation looks just like the photos. Most importantly it was clean. Check in and check out was a breeze! Located just a short drive from KSL and we drove to get to the restaurants along the main road. Good price for our group of 13 pax!

A group of 7–8 of us stayed at this semi-D in Glenmarie Mount Austin for a business trip, and it worked out really well. The house is spacious, with large rooms and each bedroom having its own bathroom — very convenient for our group. The location is close to the Mount Austin business area, though expect a bit of morning traffic. The area is still developing, but there are plenty of food options around — no worries when it comes to meals! The parking space is generous and easily fit our cars. One small suggestion would be to install an auto gate for added convenience. Wi-Fi was decent, though slightly unstable at times, but good enough for work and casual use. The host responded quickly to help us with Netflix access and also acted fast when we needed extra bin bags and cleaning liquid. Overall, a clean, spacious, and well-located place with a responsive host. Definitely a solid option for business groups or families.

Beautiful place with KSL mall a couple of minutes away. Joanne was also extremely helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions to check in. Highly recommended!

We felt right at home, when we first enter the airbnb. It was clean and we love how spacious it was. Check-in was easy too. Location maybe slightly far from Mount Austin but calling for grab was easy to travel around. As there are residents staying beside, we just need to be mindful of our voices at night. Would recommend big families to stay!

House was really clean, suitable for families/groups! 4 families with toddlers/kids stayed together and all amenities working as listed. Just to note the house can fit 2 cars inside the gate. Host was very responsive and helpful too . Though living room sofa spring was a little protruding and sofa bed is stained, other than that I would say it was a great and worthwhile stay. The area feels safe with security and residences occupied around too.

overall the house is okay. the place was nice and clean only that wifi cannot be reach in room upstairs and no place to hang towels in the bathrooms.
