Amazing retreat in the Redwoods - the property is quiet, has beautiful views of the redwoods with both outdoor sun and shade spots, and has a cool interior. Pool was perfect for cooling off on a hot day. I would stay again! We stayed in May, and while the yard was mowed, it had a type of grass that was very prickly so not barefoot or dog friendly - so we weren’t fully able to enjoy the expansive yard space.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Forestville. Kurt and Heather were wonderful and took care of everything, from local recommendations (including a photographer to take some family photos) to answering any questions we had during our stay. The house is lovely and the setting is absolutely breathtaking. And you are only 20 minutes from some of the best stops in Sonoma County including Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and more! We would come back in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Bill is an incredible host! He is so kind and responsive, always trying to make your stay 10/10. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked. Great find in Sonoma! Well located with easy walks but in a peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of space for our four women on a girls’ trip!

The oasis is the perfect place for a quite relaxing stay. The house smells wonderful and the decor is on point. Floating in the awesome pool chairs was so enjoyable. The outdoor bath and sauna are quite the perk too! Trinnete is an amazing boat and very communicative. We can’t wait to stay again! Book early because it rents out fast! This was, hands down, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. As beautiful as the photos are, the place itself is even better. Most importantly, the amenities provided are top notch. The towels are nice, the sheets are nice, even the hair dryer provided was top notch. This felt like the luxurious retreat I was seeking, and I’m so glad I chose to spring for this place over others.

Airy, comfortable and immaculate place. Watched surfers, seals, whales and birds everyday.

This place has a lot of quirk and charm. It has amazing view of the Marin headlands and was perfect for our cozy staycation celebration. It's an older property with a lot of older furniture and knicknacks which does result in dust accumulation. But the beds are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for all the supplies you'd need to make meals. The deck is a lovely place to sit and sip on your coffee. The windows are huge which lets in a lot of natural light during the day but due to the construction of the house, there are very few overhead lights and only small lamps to use in the evenings. It adds to the cozy vibe but it is quite dark. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

I’d recommend an upgrade to the WiFi, but short of that … the property was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Trevor was a wonderful host and his unit was beautiful. If anything, the pictures do not do it justice. Trouble was also extremely accommodating with our last-minute request to book and our request to stay another day because everything was so nice. I would be happy to stay in Trevor’s place again.

I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!

Marianne has created a beautiful oasis for guests to relax and recharge. As a fellow airbnb superhost for the past 15 years I can truly say this was the most well stocked and appointed airbnb that I have stayed in. Aspirational. 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back!

Renee's home was beautiful and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay with our friends and their kids for the weekend. The road up to the rental is a bit narrow and hilly, but it was a wonderful location to access Muir Woods (~15-20 min) and Stinson Beach (30 min). Renee communicated with clear instructions prior to our arrival and was thoughtful in providing everything we needed (such as getting us coffee beans for our stay, thank you!). The kids had fun and kept busy with the various toys and games made available. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to stay in to cook. We also enjoyed the beautiful views of the fog in the morning and sunset colors and the mountains in the evenings. Thanks, Renee!

Amy’s place is a perfect getway from the city if you aren’t looking to drive too long. It’s beautifully decorated. We were only 3 people, including a 4 year old, but I can see this being perfect for a larger group.

I had to travel for a business and instead of staying in another hotel - I opted for a more personal space. Fortunately, some days I was able to work remote and it was truly the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I stumbled upon this cozy cottage and I highly recommended it. I felt incredibly safe, loved exploring the quaint downtown of Mill Valley, hiking the nearby trails that were walking distance from the cottage, and being immersed in nature without sacrificing, the technology abilities as the Wi-Fi is very reliable! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay there and looking forward to my next visit in the near future!

Oksana’s and Lydia’s home was immaculate while feeling very comfortable! As others have said in reviews, beds are very comfy! Love the heated bathroom floor and heated towel bars. Great location to restaurants, hiking, Sausalito, Tiburon and San Francisco. Both Oksana & Lydia are exceptional communicators - replying immediately to my messages! Beautiful feeling to feel like the woods were actually of your living space. wonderful to wake up to. My cat was in love with the birds and seemed super comfortable in this space. I loved it. Note* it was not clear in the description that one would have to walk down 3 flights of very steep stairs. to find the entrance to this fabulous little bungalow so if you have some luggage it's not written that you're going to have a bit of a struggle getting down there. They have 2 streets to enter from. I would ask them about that 2nd street and enter from there. Much closer and easier to enter from. especially if you are using Uber/Lyft. The kitchen was also not equipped with hand towels or sponges for dishes. I still loved being here and it's a place that others should experience staying in.

We loved staying here! Andy and Jen were always helpful and very responsive. Their house is beyond beautiful. It was so fun staying amongst the redwoods. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again.
