We stayed here for my brother’s wedding in Bacolod and had an amazing experience. We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. Thank you for making our family’s special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

We had an amazing experience at The Orange House! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The space was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and full of charming touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor space and the natural light that poured into every room. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Rina's place is truly a home away from home. We were greeted with a relaxing scent of the candle, friendly caretaker in the person of Kuya Arnel and his wife Mary Grace. It rained a lot during our stay so we just cozied up enjoying hot showers and a sip of Folgers coffee offered free by Rina. One big plus is the fast internet which is very important as we all work from home. It was so sweet of Rina to give us freebies that would be a big slash off our daily stay fee and we ended up buying bulk of her BBW and VS stuff. All in all, we had a great stay here, the car is secured and no problem with whatsoever. I highly recommend Rina's 2 bedroom cutie house. It can accommodate up to 6 pax. Will def book again!!! Thanks Rina!!

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

We had a great stay!

It was an easy check in. No hassle. Quincy and the rest of the team was very proactive and sorted the parking there and then. It was a prime spot too. I had no issues with the bnb. It was easy to find and seamless.

Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

One of the best bnb and host that I’ve experienced. First the location was perfect, walkable to lots of restaurant plus literally infront of a mall and on the ground floor is 711. I appreciate the security measures that the guards on duty is implementing making sure only allowed guests can go in. The host Hanna is super responsive and helpful. She is easy to talk with and I appreciate her allowing me to book last minute and responding to my queries very fast. I will definitely book this bnb again once I go back in Bacolod! I forgot there’s also super nice pool to cool off and beat humidity.

We truly appreciate how responsive the host was, especially given the situation. Our original booking in the same building didn’t quite meet our needs space-wise, and we had to look for a replacement on the spot while already checked in. Thankfully, this host responded right away, and because the room was available, we were able to book it without hassle. The space was just what we needed, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. I’d definitely recommend this place and would gladly book with this host again in the future! 💕

Great location and hosts! Received clear instructions to get the key from their lockbox and I was in the unit with no problem. The location is great – near Robinsons Bacolod. I also walked to coffee shops (Dozy Coffee) every morning. The Watsons pharmacy is also walkable. I specifically chose this spot since it's near BC Martial, a jiu jitsu gym I was visiting. The hosts were also very responsive. I had some trouble with the internet at first, but after a quick message, it was all fixed! The internet was fast enough for both my phone and laptop work, and the wifi connection was solid throughout my stay. Spent a solid 3 nights there with no problems. This is in the newer Sitari condominium, so the facilities were great. There's also a Korean convenience store on the ground floor of the building, in addition to Buttery, a pastry and coffee shop. Will most definitely try to stay here during my next trip to Bacolod!

Keren's sanctuary is the best place to book for an accommodation as a first- timer in Bacolod. Her unit was well maintained and the descriptions and good reviews match what we have seen and experienced. Her unit is budget- friendly yet located in a very prime location, close to everything and accessible to everything. We are a family of 3 and we had the best rest, sleep and recovery after every long day following our itinerary during the 4 days and 3 nights exploring Bacolod Talisay and Silay. Don't think twice in booking this unit because it is the best deal here in airbnb. The 2 bedrooms have 2 functioning aircons. The sala/ dining area is spacious enough for 3 people. There were complimentary drinking water bottled in the fridge. The toilet was clean and had tissue rolls, liquid soap shampoo. The kitchen was clean and had utensils. It also had dish soap. Ref was available. The condo had a great view of the lagoon and city street. If ever we'd return, we would book her unit again! TY

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. Clean room, bathroom and clean sheets. Had problem with WiFi but it was resolved right away. Host is responsive with messages sent. The only thing that is very noticeable, the smoke alarms in nearby units keeps going off when someone is cooking inside their units. This made us not cook inside the unit to avoid setting off the smoke alarms. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.
