The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

I had a great experience at Kaiwen’s condo. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. It’s located about 15 minutes to a Chillva market and there are plenty of great restaurants just a block or two away. I hope to go back in the future!

The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The windows overlook the inner courtyard, so no one will look you out the window. The complex has a rooftop swimming pool. You can meet the sunset or swim there. The building is all above. Therefore, you will have a great view of Phuket. There is also a gym in the complex with all the necessary equipment. Separate room for work, which is called a library. Since the building in which the apartment is at the very top, it will be most convenient if you have a scooter or car. Transportation can be parked in a multi-level car park. There is a mosque not far away from the place. Service starts around 5am. You can hear the prayer, but it didn't bother me. Because I'm a heavy sleeper. I would recommend this apartment !

Zoey is a fantastic host with prompt and efficient response! I have stayed at the Deck many times. The unit is a bit small and there are bigger units there but it is generally good enough for 2 pax. Wish there is a mop available as I like to clean up the place easily and keep it squeaky clean and dry. There is a mosque nearby but I am not affected much by the loud prayers. Just close the sliding door. There is a very good massage spa and restaurant opposite Indigo hotel. Reasonably price and good value for money. I met up with the chef and was told that the restaurant will even upgrade to a higher level of food. I sampled their up-coming dishes and they are really really good. They have visiting chefs/friends from all over the world. The restaurant is joined to the spa (Sasi massage). Looking forward to my next holiday trip there. All the interesting places (beach etc) are within walking distance. Zoey can provide all info to the places you want to go.

Andy’s place was clean, organized, easy to find, and a great location. I would stay again and recommend. A few things I wish the place had as it’s hard to pack everything when travelling will limited luggage: - clothing iron - beach/pool towels - a broom to maintain the place for longer stay.

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. My family and myself have stayed at Sunset Plaza before and love the location. Dr Supot's place is very clean and he and his team is very responsive. The AC in the 2nd room was leaking probably due to condensation and I sent them a message in the middle of the night at 2am. I was not expecting a reply but to my surprise, I received a reply and was assured that they will have someone come to take a look at it later that day. It was indeed settled. Location wise, it is up a somewhat steep slope and that gave us the beautiful view of the sunset every evening we were there. Will definitely look forward to our next stay there.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—right next to Central Floresta Phuket, which made everything super convenient. The room was spotless and clearly very well cared for. Harvey is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and always checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended!

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The accomodation looks great in the photos but is even better in reality! I was so impressed when walking into the apartment. Absolutely spotless and the hosts are awesome. Great communication - extremely friendly and were always super quick to reply with anything I needed. The location is also perfect - you are only a couple of minutes away from the beach, Bangtao gym and Swag Food co. Can’t wait to come back. Epic holiday!

We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

We were a group of 11 people. The villa was in top condition, super clean and with a great layout and enough space for everyone. Overall, our expectations were exceeded! The host Lothar was super friendly, always available and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations. There was also a contact person for every issue, which was organized very easily via the villa manager. Villa is located in a secured / supervised settlement, which has given you a very safe feeling. The paths to the beach, restaurant and shopping were quite short and everything is easy to reach. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend Villa Carlos!

Me and my family loved this home and will definitely be returning. Even with a late check-in Jen and Gib made instructions clear and we had no issues finding or getting into the villa. Every room was clean and just as pictured. We loved how the pool was maintained during our stay and all the amenities of the home. Cleaners came once during our stay to clean and replenish towels as established in the terms. While the villa is on a bit of a steep hill it offers a great views. I would just be mindful when ordering transportation as you might have to walk down the hill since some vehicles can’t make it all the way up. We only had two mishaps there where the power was off one day from 9am to 5pm due to the town doing work on power lines and a small leak that occurred in the master bedroom sink. The power outage was informed to us two days in advance and the sink was repaired the same day of discovery of the leak. Overall I would recommend this home and appreciate all Jen and Gibs help.

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

Location is perfect to walk to the beach or boat Avenue. Kristina is a great host, thank you for letting my family staying over.
