Holiday rentals with a pool in Talat Nuea

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Hi.. The view from the villa is amazing.... worth the money spent... The villa has 4 beautiful rooms and an amazing terrace...Maid visits daily for upkeep and she is friendly.... Pool is very small so didn't use it...We used Bolt app to travel around..and the taxi's dropped us right at the entrance of Villa. Except for the steep climb to the villa rest everything is excellent in this location.

Michael is an amazing host. He was able to provide a transfer to and from the airport. He gave many good suggestions on attractions, nightlife and just general information about the area. The airbnb was very clean. He provided extra linens and everything we needed. The pool was amazing. I had a great experience!

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying here in Patong and thought that the villa was perfect for what we needed for our short stay. There is only one downside worth mentioning: the villa is situated at the bottom of a very steep hill. When it is raining out, the hill is very slippery and becomes treacherous both for walking and driving. It was not the end of the world, but it is worth considering. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Tanarat (Mr. Best) was a fantastic host and our family (5 adults) loved our stay. We’re so grateful to Best for being welcoming and sharing his lovely home with us. The house was spotless, all required amenities were provided. Best was so kind and easy to communicate with, he gave us multiple local recommendations for food & dessert places (we went to every single one - they were awesome, affordable and delicious). Best also ensured that housekeeping came as requested to provide new towels, toilet paper, clean bins etc. The home itself is stunning, my older parents felt so comfortable and relaxed, they particularly loved the indoor pool & spa, very clean and they could relax without feeling cold or worrying about mosquitoes. 3 separate bathrooms and showers meant we could all get ready without waiting. Some extra features that we really appreciated: universal wall sockets, multiple light settings, big drinks water tank. We couldn’t recommend Tanarat’s place more!!!

We had an amazing stay at this villa. It was super clean, really peaceful, and in such a quiet spot. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, and the kitchen was great. There was loads of space to hang out, and the pool and outdoor bar were honestly the highlights. Just a fantastic place overall. Would 100% come back.

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong. I’ll definitely be back!

非常漂亮的房子，面积很大，比照片新很多！ Graham和工作人员都很积极友善，房间设施比较齐全，虽然没有洗衣机但问题不大。相比周边需要计电费的民宿，这套房子也并不计电费。虽然需要从大门往里走一段路才能到，但交通相对还是很方便，grab之类的外卖也都能送达，到海滩只需要走几分钟，到便利店或餐厅也很方便。

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist phantastisch und war ideal für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Heinz war leider nicht vor Ort aber jederzeit per Mail erreichbar. Ar hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und stand ebenfalls für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist eher überschaubar mit netten Restaurants und ein paar von den üblichen Geschäften für Touristen. Wer mehr Trubel möchte, kann für etwa 200 Bath mit dem Taxi zum Kata Beach oder dem dortigen Nachtmarkt fahren. Letzteres lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Direkt im Ort können Ausflüge gebucht werden, was meiner Einschätzung nach günstiger ist als eine online-Buchung. Wir waren als Familie sehr zufrieden und können einen Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Check in und out aufgrund der sehr informativen Beschreibungen verliefen reibungslos. Wohnung, Anlage und Ausstattung alles wie beschrieben und was man braucht, die Lage mit sehr kurzen Wegen zum 7-11 und riesigem Einkaufszentrum sind ebenfalls nennenswert. Vielen Dank an Lin, immer sehr freundlich, hat sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet und konnte stets weiterhelfen ! Wirklich empfehlenswert !

The accomodation looks great in the photos but is even better in reality! I was so impressed when walking into the apartment. Absolutely spotless and the hosts are awesome. Great communication - extremely friendly and were always super quick to reply with anything I needed. The location is also perfect - you are only a couple of minutes away from the beach, Bangtao gym and Swag Food co. Can’t wait to come back. Epic holiday!

Beautiful place, it actually looks even better than the photos. The host was super responsive and the self check in was so easy. I could not recommend this place more, it was exactly as described :)

We booked this villa for our family of 12. We absolutely loved the villa! Immaculate place and very friendly and responsive staff. They made us feel very welcomed and were accomodating to our requests at a timely manner. The breakfast was delicious and they gave great recommendations on activities. The beds were so comfortable as well as the couches. The pool was nice and clean. There were many outdoor lounges/seating areas. From the beginning of our booking to our check-out we were well looked after. Highly Recommended! We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Exceptional service. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours and very kind and friendly. The place was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily with fresh towels for every room. Felt right at home and very safe, within a gated and guarded complex. Very good layout, comfortable beds, cosy but also lots of space, very well maintained overall. Loved our stay and we were very impressed with everything. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure.

Our 2 families had a fantastic stay, the staff at the villa were fantastic so helpful and polite. We had several meals at the villa which were so delicious and amazing value, as other people had said cheaper than eating out. Noi and Otto were fantastic at helping us to book trips and everything was great with these too. Thanks to Noi, Muay and the rest of the staff for such an amazing stay and making many happy memories. I would highly recommend staying at the villa it so comfortable and away from the chaos of Katu town and absolute Gem thanks so much

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est superbe, et est à proximité de tout. Nous n’avions pas de voiture et tout est faisable a pied (ou taxi, tuktuk). Facile a trouver et facile d’accès. La plage est à 10min environ, et les restaurants, street food, supermarché, massages sont juste à côté! Cindy a été adorable et très réactive. Elle nous a apportés de bons conseils pour faire des excursions, plages ou même pour trouver un dentiste! La piscine est top, et la maison était spacieuse pour 4personnes. Impeccablement propre! Merci encore!

We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place with great hosts, I highly recommend staying here!
